Go Beavers! My daughter and I stopped here for some snacks. On our way out we decided to stop into the jewelry store. Trevor has to be the kindest most delightful sales person I've ever ran across. Yes of course he's a salesman possibly on commission yet I felt he was genuinely kind and welcoming. He cleaned my diamond ring, help me understand the difference in some metals I was seeking to purchase, made the purchase of a watch and some earrings all go over smoothly. His mother should be proud to have such a delightful son. The store should be honored that under no supervision Trevor exhibits amazing knowledge, customer service and a warm and welcoming demeanor. Fred Meyer Fuel Center - Gas Stations Near Me - Corvallis, Oregon

Was told that state law prohibited me from swiping my own card. Told the attendant that there was no such thing and he changed his story to that it was company policy. I watched as he wore his gloves and touched his face and grabbed my card. I told him I wanted premium and he kept forgetting so I had to tell him multiple times and he still put regular into my car. Thanks Fred Meyer for not only lying to me but showing me that customer service is dying at your gas station. This is the second time that a gas attendant has told me that it was state law about swiping cards and in this covid time of it is your policy it needs to change since you are spreading germs and everything else between customers by wearing the same gloves. Never will I buy gas from your company and I am telling everyone about this experience and treatment by your employees. read more

Only fred meyer fuel station that has a visible sign saying that "our fuel pumps will reach both sides" and then having an employee say that they won't fill from both sides because I'm in an SUV. Never had this issue with any other station or this one until today. I asked the employee when they stopped filling ONLY SUVs on either side and he said "they never have" this was not true. It wouldn't be as big of a deal if it wasn't for the rude staff that expected you to predict that only some vehicles will be served on either side. The sign didn't mention anything about specific vehicles either. read more

The staff at this gas station was incredibly rude. I started pumping my gas in my motorcycles, then began to fill a can , like I have for years at every other gas station I've ever been to, and an employee walked up and began reprimanding me, claiming I was pumping fuel into an illegal container (it's a normal gas can like millions of motorcycle and arc riders use) and that I was breaking the law by pumping my own fuel. Motorcyclists pump their own fuel every day. Wether I was right to dispense my own fuel or not, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Anyone that treats a customer that way should not be employed. read more

Clean, usually fast friendly service. Not sure what more you could ask for in a gas station. Especially good if you shop at Fred Meyer and can use your gas points to save on fuel. Only thing to be aware of, I suppose is that you must enter the station from the south entrance and exit from the north AND only make a right hand turn heading north toward Walnut BLVD. Never a problem for me, but could be a pain if you wanted fuel on the way towards campus. read more

NOT surprised at these reviews at all. Don't go to this gas station. I barely write reviews but when I do it's because this is definitely a non POC friendly gas station. I was going to get gas and the sign clearly says the pump is LONG to reach the other side of a car. There was NOTHING else saying otherwise....So I thought maybe they could just put it around my jeep and if not it's cool I could just go to the other side because I've been to gas stations where the hose is long enough to do that... (COSTCO). My god, this white girl comes up to my window and gives me vicious eyes and gets mad at me for pulling up to the side of where my gas couldn't be pumped. She talks to me aggressively and says I need to go to the other side, like girl if you read this you made the right choice walking away after saying that to me ‍. I told her "well the sign says it can go around". She repeats herself in a very aggressive tone "we can't pump your gas you're in a SUV". Like ok? Miss girl I know you ain't talk like that off your shift either... Where I'm from we pump gas on our own and I've literally used long hoses around big trucks so she was talking so extra for no reason like it was an impossible job. Like at least don't be so rude about it and sorry your sign/directions are misleading. POC fam do not go and support this gas station on my behalf. They were all giving me a horrible vibe. read more

The staff spends more time talking then serving you. If it wasn't for the points making it cheaper we wouldn't come to this one. By far the slowest in coming up to the vehicle. Majority of the time they are still chatting with their co-worker and most of it is inappropriate for a service based business. read more

Stopped for diesel at approximately noon March 11, 2020. All pumps at the east end of the station were blocked off so pulled in behind a vehicle at an appropriate pump and waited - and waited - and waited - as the Fred Meyer attendant held the nozzle while filling the tank of the vehicle ahead of us. Would normally have simply backed out and located another pump but was towing a trailer so it was a little more difficult. After MORE THAN 10 minutes finally asked what the hold up was and was told it would be just a few more minutes. Finally did back out and drive into another pump where we waited again. Appeared to be two obnoxious attendants - neither one appearing to be concerned about servicing us or anyone else. Drove away and down 9th to the Chevron station. A few more cents per gallon but MUCH better service. Will note also that 2 of 3 times I've tried to purchase propane for my motorhome their system was out-of-order. Extraordinarily poor service from employees who don't appear to care a whit. read more
