While I've primarily seen Dr. Busch, I've had the pleasure of working with several hygienists over the years. Currently, Joyce is my hygienist, and she truly stands out as the best of the best. Joyce ensures that every visit feels like a thorough and rejuvenating cleaning. She provides detailed instructions about the specific areas of my mouth that need focus and sets clear expectations for improvement by my next appointment. There's nothing more satisfying than hearing her mention the progress I've made in brushing and flossing since my last visit. The entire team at North Kansas City Dental Group exemplifies professionalism and care, from the skilled dentists to the welcoming front desk staff. (; But there is a good reason why I've been coming to Dr. Goodman for so long - becuase he gives superb, quality care and genuinely cares about his patients. From the moment I walked in all those years ago- litle, bewildered, in shock, in pain and scared about what was happening, he's been the greatest dentist anyone could ask for, no matter what brings me to his office. The staff here are warm, caring, and always on top of their duties, and always do a great job of working with your schedule, calling with appointment reminders, and overall, just being pleasant to be around. The office is easy-going and quiet, even when they're busy. They said zero cavities, no micro cracks, and no periodontal issues. NOW THAT IS SOME BULLSHIT!!! This Dentist office are a bunch of scammers, and real pieces of shit to do this to their customers. Backstory: For all my life I had suffered from numerous dentists not being able to numb my teeth adequately before procedures and this always caused me mild to severe pain during fillings. I endured and became accustomed to the pain for over 15 years of procedures and believed that I must have just been an excessively sensitive patient. Then, I was lucky enough to switch to Dr. Garrison and now every single procedure has been completely pain-free for the past 10 years. Perfectly numb, every single time . Even if I will need to move somewhere else in the US, I will literally buy airline tickets just to have the peace of mind that I won't be in pain during dental work. I cannot understate how skilled he is and how great his work has been. I will always come back for as long as he still practices dentistry.

He educated me on future complications/what to avoid/what to watch for. His assistant was wonderful. I have had no problems since (knock on wood). The next day (so Saturday), the same gal who called me at 7am called to check on me. The best customer service I think I have ever had in my life. Again, I will be switching to this office. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!
