But, some dedicated people put a lot of sweat and money into renovating this building. Now, it is delightful; all three floors. There is an Auditorium on the ground floor that seats about 400 downstairs and another 200 in the balcony (which you enter from the 2nd floor). It would be an ideal spot for small concerts like Loudon Wainwright, Colin Hay, Livingston Taylor, etc. There is also a tiny theater on the 3rd floor (seats about 75). There are former classrooms that are being used for dance classes, yoga classes, etc. During the summer of 2017, they have a fine art show throughout the building (all 3 levels) titled "This Great Earth".
