A season later the mowers obviously did not get the message because they they mowed a swath through our front yard and I confronted them. The gentleman told me is was a mistake and I was ok with a mistake. I asked them to take care of the yard and I paid them by cash. I then called their owner and she told me that I had a contract with them. I corrected her and made sure she noticed we did not renew, due to poor quality of service. THEN THE BATTLE BEGAN! She was so rude to me that I made it clear I would contact the BBB. 3 years later the battle still wages. They see the property markers clearly, but are just fine with trashing the neighbors yard (Mine) THEN driving up over our driveway for THEIR exit. This is a 4 inch high driveway due to rain run off. Right now we are in Florida helping my 80 year old mother resettle after Hurricane Sally hit her home. My son went to check on our home and this is what her found AGAIN! The last time Wetter's wonderful employees did this we had just finished seal coating our driveway. They are a solid 10 feet over into our property and have made a complete mess of our lawn ONCE AGAIN. This all comes a NO SURPRISE from this company's employees. We constantly clean up after all our neighbor's trash, leaves and excess grass is blown onto our beautiful lawn that we ourselves take care of. DON'T FALL INTO THE WETTER RUTT AND BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS BECAUSE WETTER IS NOT!!!!!! We love our neighbors, not their yard caretakers. CHEAP DOES NOT MEAN QUALITY

There is absolutely no respect for personal items such as potted plants on porches or any decorative items to display for holidays. The plants are knocked over and/or blown out of the containers. When laying mulch the house siding gets chipped or muddy with hand prints. Also they have backed up the riding lawn mower into the light post denting it ..all for a nine inch patch of grass. They trimmed a tree and left the top gutter with twigs. We are in our mid 70s and wish to live in a more peaceful environment. Many more terrible experiences to add. Do Not Hire Wetter

We also paid on time and kept up our end of the bargain. Then one day when the lawn was cut, a terrible job was done. Areas of the lawn were totally missed, the cut was uneven, gouges were present in the lawn, clipping were sprayed over our landscaping, deck and patio, many areas that get trimmed with the weed wacker were totally missed, it was a mess. We contacted Matt to complain. Instead of coming over to inspect the job his worker did and do what was need to make it right, his answer was "We cut 43 lawns this week and you are the only one to complain, I send you the bill and we will not be cutting your lawn any longer, goodbye". So, If you are the type of person that is satisfied with bad to mediocre work then Matt's Lawn Care is for you. But if you expect good work for the money you are spending and expect a so called professional to be responsive when they slip up, then stay away.

I had them cut down my trees and do minor landscape. I don't really recommend them for tree removal…read morebecause it's sloppy work. For example, one of the trees was a 9 foot dead tree stump and they only cut 4 foot off, leaving a 5 foot stump. Still charged me $1500 more at the end for everything. Never came back to finish the job despite the request. Also, Ryan and the subcontractors don't really listen to instructions. I asked them to NOT mow my lawn multiple times. They kept mowing it despite having crocuses, snowdrops, and mini irises. TWICE. Ryan also told me it's stupid and insensible to put flowers in lawn. That's his opinion but to have them mow is again despite me telling them I want the remaining foliage a chance to live is too much for me to handle. Landscaping is expensive and expectations don't always align with reality. But this company's main issue is that it's too big and or subcontractors don't care. If you want brain dead lawn cutting, no problems here though.
