Be prepared for sticker shock when you do business here. A package of 4 arch supports with 3 different heights, cushion inserts, and 2 pairs of socks cost $1,849 two years ago. About a year ago, the cost of one replacement pair of arch supports was $550 and a pair of replacement cushions cost $50. The well trained salespeople are all very pleasant and professional, but that does not justify the price tag when fully comparable alternatives are available if you look for them online. Note that the positive reviews of the business virtually never mention price.

When you go in it looks nothing more than a waiting room like you would find in a doctor's office. He is then taken to a back room. Once there his feet are measured and his walk is observed in order to determine the proper fit. The last few years he has gotten dress shoes so this year he opted for diabetic sneakers. In addition to those options he could choose from diabetic sandals or boots. We find the sneakers and dress shoes in his best interest to provide the protection he needs. Normally once ordered it takes about a week or two for the shoes to arrive. He is called back, refitted, and then given his shoes to take home. He has been exceptionally pleased with all his pairs. I'm not familiar with the prostetics but I am sure they provide quality and insurance plans are accepted. Located off Steubenville Pike it sits in a small complex on the road opposite the Getgo before heading to I-79 or McKees Rocks.

This past spring I was there for therapy on my "cranky" knee. Karen and Maggie were usually the therapists there. They are very patient and encouraging.
