I think this spot was founded by a French couple. The interior is so cute and cozy as well. We had to wait until Thursday for it to open though. Staff are very polite. The soups were delicious; we liked the one so much that my sister-in-law tried to replicate it (unsuccessfully) when she got home to the US. The food was just wonderful, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the proprietor conversational (in English!) without being overbearing.
