He will ask you for what you want, and then gently give suggestions or ask more questions to help. Some hairdressers may want to get you in and out of the chair as soon as possible, but he really takes the time to make sure that you get a good haircut. Several times he will look from multiple angles, press my shoulders down evenly to make sure things are symmetrical, and then make little adjustments here and there. He is also chatty if you feel like talking, and otherwise more reticent if he senses that you want to keep to yourself. I always forget to bring cash, but if you pay cash and not credit card, you get a discount!

I also do not like spending an arm and a leg for a haircut so I thought their prices were very reasonable. My stylist was Peter Woo. And I thought he did a fantastic job. I wanted a drastic change so he chopped off about a foot of my hair and gave me a bob which was a bit longer in the front. I've had tons of positive comments and I just love how light my hair feels. He thinned it out quite a bit. I have so much hair lol. Very happy and planning to come back here in the future. I only paid under $50 which included wash, cut, style, and tip!

She has helped me take such good care of my hair and does her best to give you what you came for. They will give you the price prior to actually doing anything to your hair, walk you through what they are doing, and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Last week, I decided to get some major length off and wanted to treat myself so I decided to book a haircut. The time and day I wanted, there was only a director's cut available, $65 for cut and wash. Let me tell you, best decision I have ever made for myself and my hair. Originally, I wanted to have a "V" shape at the back of my head because I always knew that was what looked best on me. My stylist Joe suggested that I had a wider V, almost like a U instead because of my face shape. I was in awe with the techniques Joe used on my hair and left very happy. You can tell why Joe had the title "Director" under his belt. The staff there was very friendly and they even made my waiting guest some tea! Worth mentioning, the scalp and neck massage was a bonussssss and much needed during this stressful school time! Will definitely be back again! A week later and I am still in love with my hair and cannot rave enough about this salon.
