They put in a bad transfer case and I went 12 miles before it tore out my driveline. And I went back and told them that the rear differential was not working properly and I was told that was out of his scope of practice. I would say so!! I talked with 5 different mechanics and they all said that that person or company should never have touched it. Then I receive the Bill for the work right at the 90 day mark and it was way over the estimate. I had a witness who was listening when I received the estimate. He then jacked up the price of the part by $250 and then charged me for $55 of gas that I had not authorized. I will never recommend this company to anyone that wants their vehicle back running and in one piece. Always keep copies of everything and always record your conversations or have a witness. This is crazy, I gave it to him in March and got it back in June and it has never been drivable since. I am having it fixed correctly now and they will be getting a complaint filed with the BBB. It's bad enough to take advantage of a female, but a disabled female is the absolute worst thing that someone could have done. Not resolved yet!!

I had taken my 4Runner into Carnahans and told them I wanted the entire coolant system gone through and changed unless it looked like it was performing like new. Radiator, hoses, hose clips, water pump, thermostat, timing belt, flywheels, I said everything. They came back saying everything was good except the water pump and thermostat. After they did that the heater core needed changing, no problem, that's what it needs. After they do what they do they call me at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon to pick it up. I do and drive it three blocks away and park it for a few hours. As soon as I start it up it starts pouring out all the coolant so I'm stranded outside after work in the -5 degree weather with my vehicle that had just spent two weeks in the shop. Called Monday morning at 8 and they said they can't get me in but if they get a cancellation they'll give me a call. This company clearly did not want my business. They were not willing to fix the issues their work caused. Will update if/when I hear from them.

I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.

GM OnStar sent us a friendly Sheriff so we had a warm cop car to sit in while we waited for the tow truck. Jim from A-1 Towing showed up and saved our day (well, night). He got our truck on his flatbed quickly and drove us all the way to Great Falls, where he dropped off the car at the Chevy dealer, patiently waited while we collected our belongings out of our vehicle, and drove us to our hotel. Not just was Jim helpful in towing our car, he was super nice, told us about the area, gave us suggestions on what to do since we'll probably be stuck here for a few days, and just really went out of his way to make sure we were OK! If you're broken down around here, don't waste your time or effort calling anyone else.
