So, here we are, 1200 miles from home, on the side of a highway with semis zooming past at 80mph, it's -14 out, so we're freezing our @$$ off in a dead car... GM OnStar sent us a friendly Sheriff so we had a warm cop car to sit in while we waited for the tow truck. Jim from A-1 Towing showed up and saved our day (well, night). He got our truck on his flatbed quickly and drove us all the way to Great Falls, where he dropped off the car at the Chevy dealer, patiently waited while we collected our belongings out of our vehicle, and drove us to our hotel. Not just was Jim helpful in towing our car, he was super nice, told us about the area, gave us suggestions on what to do since we'll probably be stuck here for a few days, and just really went out of his way to make sure we were OK! If you're broken down around here, don't waste your time or effort calling anyone else.
