But after that he stopped calling me or texting me and just ghosted me during one of my most stressful times of my life. For me being miles away from my home and especially during a crisis. I understand that having a property management company to handle things for you while out of town can be a pain and it requires more headaches of trying to coordinate with the tenants but communication is the key and if Ridgecut Roofing didn't have the time or want to have the hassle of dealing with a property management company, Nick could have just communicated to me that he was unable to complete this job for me but what he chose to do instead was leave me hanging without a word. I know his company prides itself on communication but I'm here to tell you, no one communicated with me regarding my property. In the past I've referred Ridge Cut Roofing to everyone I know due to Nick quick and timely response but I'm not sure what has happened to him in the last few years and as much as it pains me to have to say this, I wouldn't recommend RidgeCut Roofing to anyone moving forward. Mr. Sapp and Professional Roofing Solutions came out, and immediately discovered that the leak was NOT coming from the place we were told, but rather from the very top of the house. Took him about 5 minutes to figure this out after seeing standing water under the singles about three feet in from the end of the roof. Paid HALF of what I was getting ready to pay to the other folks, and this fix came with a 5 year guarantee that if that same leak comes back at all, the next fix to repair it is FREE!!! I can't say enough about how quick they got back to me, how they let me know if they were going to be delayed at all, and, ultimately, how quickly and professionally they got the job done! Never did I have a moment's issue in getting in touch with them. I would recommend them to anyone needing a leak fixed OR a whole new roof.
