She addresses each issue I talked about. Comes up with a couple of ways to deal with it and boom! We're done! She's so smart!! Dr. Luthy has never judged me by my past. I'm treated like a person not just a patient. I hope she's going to be there for a long time. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have had a few friends wishing she would take new patients so they can get in to see her. I like the clinic. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I also like that Dr. Luthy doesn't keep guessing over and over what you might have, just for the sake of money! She will refer me to a specialist in that area and there are still some doctors out there guessing!! I've been down that road. No thanks! I'm treated like a person. A person who feels,cares, thinks, wants to be heard and leave feeling like. Wow I'm glad I saw Dr. Luthy! She listened to me and even gave me options as to how to treat my problem. She will work with me on some of the things that I would rather not have by giving me options. I like that. I don't feel judged by her for my history,EVER!!! I wish she would take new patients and let a couple of my friends see her. I bragged and that called the clinic. Unfortunately she isn't taking new patients. My friends said, let me know when she is ready to take new patients and I will call the clinic back. I wouldn't have anyone else! Last brag!! She's excellent at giving injections in my hip! I haven't had a primary care doctor in years--but I guess I needed one given all of my new health conditions. When I called dr Partain's number I was so surprised when she just picked up her phone! Then, she was able to add me on for an appmt literally less than 24 hrs later. I'm young, and I used to be healthy--so granted I don't usually go to the doctor often--but just having a physician on hand to run basic tests immediately, along with peace of mind indefinitely in the future--so well worth the $70 in my opinion. I will likely sign my fiancé up for the plan as well since it's so affordable. It's a No brainer in my opinion and I'm surprised I didn't do something like this sooner since there were definitely other things I needed to get done that Dr partain pointed out. If we call them, they usually get us in within a day or so (quicker if an emergency). The office staff is great, and the nurses there are awesome. They are extremely professional and helpful. Dr Miller is amazing. He is probably one of the most down to Earth people you'll meet, and takes the time to listen to whatever is troubling you. From there, he works with you to make a plan to resolve the situation. Overall I can't say enough good things. It is a refreshing change from many doctors that act like they're doing you a huge favor just to see you. I've found that some doctors "talk down" to you, like you're not smart enough to understand. Nothing makes me madder! Dr. Miller doesn't act like that at all.

Add to that, he is a good doctor, and I don't know what else you can ask for. His staff is great (especially the R.N. Nancy) who keeps everything flowing. When I need to get in quickly, normally they can fit me in with 24 hours. Granted I think I've only done that once, but other times they've asked me if I wanted to come in the next day, and I've had to push the appointment back. When you're suffering getting in to see the doctor, and getting started on the path to feeling better is vital. Dr. Miller's office does that well. Dr. Miller is very down to Earth. He really listens and hears what the patient says. I can tell sometimes that he doesn't get to spend as much time with the patient as he would like, but I think that is the administration more than Guy. That said, he never cuts me short, or leaves before I understand everything that is happening. For that, I'm grateful. I almost hate giving such a good review. I'm afraid that others will read this, go see Dr. Miller, and then I won't have such easy access to such a good doctor. If you're new to the area, or new to the Mercy network, call his office, and give him a try. Bonus points if you talk about his grandkids or his motorcycle LOL...

Isn't urgent care for people that can't get into the doctor immediately??? My children were sick and we brought them in and she acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her. I'd rather travel up the road to Campbell next time even though the Nixa location was closer for me. At least at Campbell they treat people like humans and not annoyances.
