They were very professional and communicated everything that was happening. I cannot say enough about they way the Dr. went out of his way in his efforts to save our dog. I will always take my animals to this Vet.

Disappointing - customer service and common sense are sorely missing…read more I recently moved to the area and wanted to help a stray in my back yard. I dropped her off for a spay at 9 am to an unhelpful Front office. Why was she in a crate and not the trap? It would be too heavy to lift plus a host of other questions and problems. . I received a call from the office at 430 that they didn't get to it yet and she'd stay over. No conversation with vet before or after which would've been helpful and appropriate. There were things to discuss about testing and more. I am involved with rescue but not feral cats. No cAll that evening or the following morning. There was no answer after repeated calls to the office. I went to the office at 11 and the friendly , but clueless, staff said she hadn't gotten around to calling me yet. She came right out with the cat. I asked if she was able to handle her and she said no. She'd been in the crate I brought her in for over 24 hrs, except during surgery. I am a FULL PAYING Customer and feel terrible that my good intentions to take care of the stray cat in the least stressful way was anything but. I should've handled it through the shelter. I wish Upper Valley had said no to taking her. It would have been much less stress for the cat, cost much less, and been handled in a far more competent way. I won't be taking my personal pets here.

I've been a client at All Four Paws in Suisun City, CA for the past 2-3 years, but my most recent…read moreexperience has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. First, I was shocked to see the clinic owner publicly posting dogs' photos, medical records, and medical histories online in response to a review they did not agree with. As a client, this felt highly inappropriate and alarming. Whether intentional or not, it raises serious concerns about privacy, professionalism, and ethical boundaries. Clients should never fear that their pet's medical information could be shared publicly as retaliation. Second, in all my years coming to this clinic, I have never once been allowed to speak directly with a veterinarian or see a vet in person--not during exams, not during treatment discussions, not ever. You're not permitted to go inside for an appointment, and all communication is filtered through front desk staff or nurses. Instructions and recommendations are relayed secondhand, which leaves you wondering: Is there even a vet on duty? As a paying client, this lack of transparency is unsettling. The front desk staff often appear disgruntled, and while the nurses do their best, they are the only point of contact you ever get. Medical guidance should come directly from a licensed veterinarian--not passed along indirectly while the client remains completely removed from the process. My breaking point came when my dog contracted a virus. At a time when empathy, reassurance, and clear communication were critical, the response I received was cold and dismissive. After spending nearly $3,000 on exams and prescriptions, the complete lack of compassion was heartbreaking. I felt like a transaction--not a concerned pet parent. If you're looking for a clinic where you may never see a veterinarian in person, where communication is indirect, and where the focus appears to be more on revenue than genuine care, then All Four Paws may be for you. However, if you want transparency, empathy, and a vet who actually speaks with you and treats you like a human being--not just a bill--consider going elsewhere. There are other vets in the area who truly care. The contrast between the level of care provided and the image presented (including luxury vehicles prominently parked out front) only adds to the discomfort. Trust is essential in veterinary care, and unfortunately, that trust has been lost here.

I would not recommend this vet to anyone. According to my main vet back in Virginia, their…read morecardiologist didnt do the correct classification of my dogs heart disease in their notes. Yet they charged me $900 for the visit that supposedly includes an EKG. You cannot even go inside when they are doing the appointment so you don't know if what they are doing is even correct. In addition, they recommended a pain reliever for my dogs arthritis that was harsh on the kidneys, my friend who is a vet actually caught this and said no, I recommend this other medication, galliprant, its less harsh on the kidneys. I dont know why this vet didnt catch that when my dog has a heart condition and my other vet tells me preserving the kidney is even more important. I called them yesterday that I was in urgent need of his heart medication, and their stupid paper one did not allow me to get it online like it said it did. They do not do any coord with pharmacist, which is insane when you are paying them for their full services. Never heard of a vet like them with such a stupid policy that wastes the customers time. I am active duty military so I do not have time to deal with all the pharmacists like I had to when dealing with this vets stupid paper script writing system like they are back in the 80s. Its 2025, why are you giving me a paper script? Lastly, I called them first thing in the morning about the urgent need for my dogs medication, never received a call back like they said they would. Called again before they closed, about 430 pm. The tech Sydney, seemed incompetent, not understanding the severity and sounded careless, telling me the vet has to do it and they will call me. Never did. Worst vet I have ever gone to. Would never recommend to anyone. Some of the techs are caring and helpful but the owners clearly ruin this place. Cal West is a much better vet to go to and more affordable. They would never do anything like this vet has done to me.
