The service is primarily lackluster with a general sense of unpleasantness & disdain for joy. I called to order an order of wings and 2 drinks - understandably a small order - but the woman then told me it's not enough to make a delivery 11 minutes away, down the road straight up 895. If there's a policy, then you create an effective website that addresses this. She could have upsold something, recommended something, anything that would help both me & the business, but that did not happen. I then cancelled the order, she said "okay bye" and hung up. Called a different pizza parlor several minutes later with the exact same order and they are delivering, from 17 minutes away. As stated, the food is good, but not paralleled with any solid customer service.
