Nichol was very responsive and quoted me a fair price all via email. After three different company quotes, I chose Inst-I-glass. On the appt date CJ arrived on time, he was very respectful of my home wearing shoe covers and petting my dogs. CJ reviewed the job/quote and revised the low E glass to clear glass which was what my townhome had, resulting in a price savings. CJ went right to work. Plus, CJ helped me take out a full screen to clean that I was afraid of removing myself since I wasn't 100% sure of how it was clipped in. CJ let me know when he was going to take a lunch break. The whole job was completed in the allotted time that was given to me upon scheduling my appt and my windows are beautiful clear. Wonderful, see before and after pictures. I highly recommend Inst-I-glass.

They took the time to explain the differences and warranties promised by the others, and ensure we were making an informed and cost saving decision (although we spent more on our interior (hollow vs. solid)... totally our choice). Worked was described, scheduled and executed as planned, with very little rescheduling (I believe we had 1 hiccup in email correspondence, but that was quickly fixed with a phone call). A beautiful bay window, improved energy costs and 15 doors later... and we're enjoying the investment and partnership with Landmark. Thanks, John and staff!

Of course you'd have to replace the entire mirror and who wants to shell out hundreds of dollars for a small, 20 seconds of action incident?! I was referred to Lakeside Glass and Mirror by my fabulous father-in-law and my husband ran the plastic backing piece to them this morning. When he explained the incident they said they could try to mount a new piece of glass in 24 hours. Imagine our surprise when they called us six hours later to say it was done! When we went in to pick it up, they had also glued it to the plastic backing piece! Tonight, we will use our creative problem solving skills to get it re-mounted inside the passenger mirror assembly on the car. Highly recommend this business! And they didn't laugh too hard at my husband or myself! Five stars!

We wrestled with installing a new one for days. Even a handyman couldn't get another door to fit. The corners on the original door broke so it was in pieces and needed a new screen. I called first and received knowledgeable information by a super nice guy. I brought the door right in and had a warm greeting by the man I spoke to plus he remembered everything we spoke about. He had the parts in stock and grabbed them right away while explaining what he'd do to fix it. He recommended options and gave suggestions. They had the door ready in less than 24 hours and looked great! The cost was very affordable, less than the screen alone at ACE. The wait time at ACE this same timeframe was a week and a half. I don't know how I didn't know about this place before. I'm super happy with the entire experience. Everyone should go here as a first stop...wish I did.

We hired Waukegan Gurnee Glass to perform an extremely complicated window replacement project that required the surgical removal of wooden window walls and 1/4" plate glass of over 40 feet in height that dated back to 1972. The openings were replaced with structural curtainwall framing and insulated glass panels. It was a difficult and demanding project that had to be performed in a fully occupied 80 unit building in the dead of winter. EVERY ASPECT of the project went perfectly and smoothly. The finished product looked exceptional and the owners of Waukegan Gurnee Glass were outstanding every step of the way. The project totaled nearly $200,000 and went without a hiccup due to their professional management of the work. I'd recommend them to anyone.
