I wish I could give 0 stars. We inquired about an 8 year old male dog, Teddy. They told my husband…read morethat every animal in our home had to be neutered. We currently only have 2 male dogs, one which is not neutered. They basically told us that was not good enough and all of them must be neutered. How does that make any sense? We're trying to give Teddy a good home. Because of this places policies that's not going to happen. We have experience adopting dogs. Earlier this year we adopted a male from our local dog pound that required at $5,000 surgery that we had done for him. I hardly ever leave reviews but this place makes it much more difficult for loving penitential adopters to rescue an animal.

Donna was super easy to work with and provided helmets, horses, tables, chairs, and even helped us make hot cocoa when I ran out of hands. Would 100% recommend for hosting a kiddo who loves horses birthday!

If you're a trail rider this is not the place for you. Although I was told there are trails to…read moreride, they aren't cleared and the property the trails are on does not belong to the barn owners, and is up for sale. The outdoor arena is too small to ride in. The owner gives a lot of lessons to children, and in the summer the indoor arena is usually occupied by the students for summer camp, so riding when you want to is out of the question. The paying boarders are put on the back burner, when they should come first, since the indoor arena is the only place to ride. In addition, while I was out of state for a conference, my 23 year old gelding either colicked, or suffered from the heat, I still don't know which, but he was lying down and wouldn't get up. The owner did not contact my vet, or my husband, nor did she even take his temperature. She gave him an anti-inflammatory medication. She had two other boarders walk him for two hours in the indoor arena. When my husband got there the next day, she casually said my gelding had "a bit of a problem with the heat", and that's all she told him. It was the boarders who told me about the fact my horse was sick. I was already planning to move my horses elsewhere, because of the lack of trails before this incident. Once I found out about my gelding, I was more than thrilled to have left. In addition, the barn owner is extremely rude to people, especially the children. I do not recommend this stable as a boarding stable at all.

From the woman that answered the phone and was running the front desk, to the vet techs and Doctor they were all so reassuring, kind and helped us find the safest and cost effective option. I can't recommend them enough, I hope we never have to go back for emergency services but if we ever did, I know they would take great care of us. We highly recommend using them if you need immediate care. Our sweet dog recovered very quickly and is doing great! (They even recovered the air pod and gave us advice on how to salvage it)
