She received a reminder about the appointment a few days prior. When she arrived at the office, it was closed for the holiday. The foolish response from the front desk was that a third party sends the reminders. What she neglected to recall is that the front desk makes the appointments. Today, my sons went for appointments. One son just had a minor surgery a month ago and made the follow-up appointment. When they arrived, they said that they didn't have a record for either of them AND that they didn't have their appointments in their system. They looked a bit more and realized that they had their files and their appointments on their old system which they started using last August. They would not be seen today. AGAIN, what they're neglecting to realize is that they made the mistake because the appointments were made in December, after they moved to the new system. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The final straw for me was waiting in my car for my appointment on a 99 degree day for over and hour in a baking parking lot and having to start and restart my car to stay cool using half a tank of gas almost.I had tried calling the office from my car and was told five minutes wait. the 2nd time I callr=ed the woman got angry that I keep calling and I got angry back telling her it was so hot and I'd been waiting over an hour and she hung up on me. Now they office won't take my calls and I need to find another doctor.
