my wife and I have bought a 2025 Cadillac from this facility with 24,000 miles thinking this would…read morebe a flagship experience. The purchase did go well while purchasing but after purchase it has been nothing but a follow up run around my end. I know you're busy, so here are some bullet points. The sale associate had all the time in the world to sale but has not time to follow up with issues. Commented on numerous times that he is just so swamped. Working for my grandfather growing up, he taught me it's easy-to-get money up front with no problems, but when something goes wrong it's how you respond that matters. I would be more than willing to share text messages on the follow up that I've had to do on my end to support this email. The backseat needed parts ordered when we bought the car. We said we would just leave and would pick up when fixed, but they assured us that parts would be sent in quickly and we would be called. I have not gotten any follow up this has all come from me. Note inspection report showed nothing wrong with the car this has the window sticker that it went through a multiple point inspection. Brakes started to squeak and then stick at some points right after we brought home. My wife called and was told this was normal; it was the weather causing this. We have owned many cars and never have had this issue. I then proceeded to call and finally got an appointment scheduled was then emailed a totally different day and time so I called right back and they told me that it was taken that I could come in and sit for hours and wait for an appointment to maybe open. I am over 45 min away. Then proceeded to speak with Lance Wade and he called me right back and told me that I could set a time that was good for me. By the time I got home, the brakes were already squeaking again. Note : The inspection report showed nothing wrong with the car . This has the window sticker that it went through a multiple point inspection. I asked Lance what was wrong with it, He said he has no clue I would have to speak with them and then left with no further follow up. The repair gentleman stated the rotors had film on them and needed grinded down, and the brake pads needed to be adjusted. Note there is still an issue.

The purchasing process went smooth especially for being an out of state purchase. However,…read moreafterwards was not so great. I was issued temporary plates and told that my hard plate would be overnighted several different times. This was never done until 6 days prior to my temps being expired. Even then I had to find out by demanding to speak to someone as my salesman Dominique kept dodging me and not returning calls. My last call was 6 days prior to expiration, and I was told that a registration was sent to my local plate agency. I asked why I was not informed that this happened and was told that the agency would have called me. Come on folks, we know better than that. My point is this, I was promised plates several weeks ago. I was being ignored and dismissed after the sell. So, would I recommend purchasing from Don Franklin Ford of Columbia Kentucky? Heck no!
