I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone. I told him abt a potentially risky sales contract I was considering. He took at least 20 minutes to go over with me how I can mitigate that risk and what I should do to prepare for negotiation. He did not have to do that. But he wanted to make sure I didn't get scr3w3d over. He didn't want to see me fail. For that reason, Piedmont Avenue will be the first place I come to once I'm ready for a deeper strategic conversation and more hands-on assistance. Will update once I have more to say. Thanks David!

I have dealt with Grand Copy in the past, but Minuteman Press was conveniently located. I opted for Minuteman. I have been working on a memorial service program for my oldest sister who transitioned in February 2025. It has been a challenge for me, with the help from my younger sister, to select the photos. The written obituary was edited numerous times until I was satisfied with the wordings. Carla Sanchez was a tremendous help, and she was pleasant. She was also extremely patient with me. We went through so many hoops to get 77 photos from my gallery folder to their email. She even showed me samples of other people's funeral/memorial service programs. Quite impressive that there was a program for the late Frankie Beverly. The whole process took about 1-1/2 hours to complete the task at hand. I needed 75 copies of the memorial service program. The total cost was about $704. A little pricy. However, I know the quality of the finished product will be memorable and well worth it. Finally. I am thankful for my friend's recommendation and Minuteman Press. The program will be ready about a week before the memorial service.

Joel is a fantastic SEO consultant. He thoughtfully examined my website and ranking in different…read moremarkets in order to get to the core question of why my digital foot-traffic had declined year to year. Approaching the question from a variety of angles, he brought clarity to what turned out to be a very multi-layered problem. In an industry where everyone seems to be looking to hock quick tips and tricks at inflated prices, Joel remains grounded in the kinds of long-range strategies that build a foundation for lasting visibility across key search terms and markets. His patience and no-nonsense approach is exactly what I needed. As he said himself, the way you win Google SEO is by playing the rules of their game better-not by bending or breaking them. If you allow yourself to be led by the rule-breakers who aggressively flood the market, you risk far more than just money misspent. Your ranking is too precious to throw away on aggressive tricksters who advocate for jumping the line. Listen to him.

They offer a full range of services, all backed with a highly efficient organization for tracking customers' needs and staff who are always available, patient, and ready to assist. I needed a way to enter my own website (in Dreamweaver) and do edits and additions myself, and to be able to write and send out my monthly newsletter. The staff took me through every step and worked with me until I got the process working for myself. The owner, David Daniels, has lived in the area all his life and comes from a family that had a successful local business, so T324, even though it is a tech company, has the flavor of a neighborhood/community oriented company. Very easy to do business with.
