Upon first going to see him, he gave me a blood test and had over 3 pages of results where I learned of a couple of allergies and one bad one. Also learned of some daily medicine need and everything else was fine. Why hadn't any previous doctors found any of this? Beats me. Office communications has been more difficult than l would like. However, the nurses sometimes have useful info or suggestions and are very friendly. This covers at least a 3 year period.

Very professional, know what they are doing, concerned about your comfort and not trying to rush like other labs I have been to. Very pleasant atmosphere. Office hours accommodating because they work with your availability, most places will not take the time to find out when you are available. They push off, basically telling you take your chances, may or may not have lab work done within a reasonable amount of time. This was not like that, had to make appointment on short notice, to my surprise someone answered the phone, and had appointment next morning. The other thing that impressed me was the fact I didn't have to enter all my information into a computer, actually gave my information to them, none this me trying to do scanning at the computer.
