I'm so glad I called in the pros instead of winging it myself. They walked through the space, asked smart questions about my cooking habits and daily routines, and came up with a layout that actually makes sense. Pots and pans exactly where I reach for them, a pantry system that keeps everything visible, drawers that don't turn into junk catch-alls. It's the kind of organization you don't realize you need until you have it. On top of the great work, they were easy to communicate with and respected my timeline. I'd absolutely book them again for another space in my house.

There was no way we could have unpacked and organized our kitchen and bathrooms over the next few weeks, which is what their team excelled to do in less than a day. Mackenzie was very responsive starting from original quote to appointment day. Because of this they came fully prepared and we feel every minute they used here was optimized to the fullest. It's our first time using this kind of service and Mackenzie, Chloe, Brittany, Mary and Melanie have officially spoiled us for all moves to come. Our home brings us so much joy now.

During our 2-hour consultation, Dawn not only found a color that perfectly matched our style, counters, and backsplash but also spotted opportunities to refresh the colors in the dining room and entry to bring the whole design together. Her color savvy is fantastic, and she asked great questions and listened carefully to incorporate our preferences and ideas. She left us with paint swatches for all three rooms, and the new colors look incredible. Dawn's color consultation more than exceeded our expectations, but she didn't stop there! She also suggested ways to update the kitchen and dining room lighting to be more functional and coordinated. Her after-visit email summary included links to all of the ideas she had offered, including multiple options for fixtures that were very affordable and perfect for our spaces. We love the new lighting. To top it all off, when we told Dawn about our longer-term goal of renovating our kitchen, she offered fantastic ideas for reconfiguring the space to make it more functional and appealing. She followed up with detailed recommendations in her after-visit email summary and included rough drawings to help us visualize thew space. The 2-hour consultation with Dawn was an incredible value, and we definitely want to work with her on the kitchen renovation project!

She puts a brand new perspective into a home that a homeowner wouldn't even think of!! I can't thank her enough. She came back one week later (yesterday) just to make sure everything was looking good. I so appreciated that because I do believe in first impressions when walking into a home that you are thinking of buying. I now have peace, which is always priceless, because of Lisa. I know that this is the best this home has ever looked!! We love what she did and she uses what you have and the only suggestion was new hand towels, which we needed anyway. Small price to pay for all of her help! So thank you, Lisa. We now can move to the next step; showing all this hard work and selling it:) Susie

Me and my husband thought, "Why didn't we do such-and-such change to the house before?" about many of the changes she made. During her initial walk-through, she noted some changes she would make based on how a buyer would think about certain things--things I have not and would never even have thought about! Our home received eight offers and quickly went under contract after the first weekend of showings. I have no doubt that the home showed so well due in part to the wonderful touches that Linda made. I would highly recommend anyone selling their home to get in touch with her!

It was essential to have furniture in these rooms so people could imagine how they would live. Additionally, we went $25,000 over market price (we were asking $375,000 when other homes were selling for $350,000) because we felt the CV-19 market conditions and low interest rates were favorable. Having a fully staged home helped us get our price! I'm certain that without the staging, we would not be sold at our price. First, our designer met us in the home while we were still remodeling it. She took notes and pictures and could imagine how it would look, even though we were only 50% finished. A week later when we were finished, a truck arrived with several people to "move in". The entire crew was professional and used health safety precautions. They were finished in 6 hours -- imagine if YOU tried to do that on your own!! Everything was sparkling and clean, shiny and perfect. Everyone says WOW when they walk in. They were great to work with and I will use them again if I have to sell another home. https://www.mrmhomedesign.com/1927-westchester
