He has a high degree of expertise and well as a true service orientation that makes him very easy to work with. I really felt that he cared and he never made me feel like I was interrupting more important things. He was honest, straight-forward, and accommodating. Another plus is there's one flat fee--no nickle-and-diming (that is saved for the closing which cook county, the state, and the loan company fill with nonsense fees!). Sean made sure all of those were in line at or before the closing. The buyer's attorney was prone to slow/ snarky responses, laziness, and sloppiness, so I consider myself especially lucky to have worked with Sean. She certainly cost her clients money with the delayed responses (as they were paying a mortgage on this empty place) and rush fees for documents. Do yourself a favor and work with Sean when you buy. He kept saying how easy this closing was since it was a cash sale. So easy, he never gave her the tax coupon to pay the income tax installment due on the condo. Yet when I asked him about it since she got a late notice he claimed he handed them to her at closing. 3 family members attended the closing and none of us recall him going over the tax coupons with my mom nor did he hand us the tax coupons. My elderly mom even commented that she had never attended a closing (this was her 8th) where so little was explained or discussed by HER lawyer. Very arrogant lawyer that would benefit from just owning up to an error for the sake of being a good human being.

Vince has got you covered. He had no problem dealing with what turned into not one, but two complicated foreclosure transactions.
