My husband and I have just purchased two seater and three seater Lazboy powered recliners from Frank Knighton and we are delighted with the price and the service. We live in Scotland so our order was taken by phone. Nick could not have been more helpful and explained how to protect our order by using our credit card. He also emailed us and phoned us when the suite arrived. We paid far less for it than the prices we had been quoted in stores nearer home and it was free delivery as well! Again Nick phoned us to inform us when the suite would be delivered as did the delivery driver Darren, which meant that we didn't have to hang about the house all day waiting for the delivery. It was a pleasure to deal with Frank Knighton and Sons; it's good to know that some companies still provide good service and put the needs of their customers first.
