Everyone on the team is super helpful and knowledgeable. They even fit me in when all other Oahu locations were booked solid. I came here a total of 3 times, the initial visit, a refitting and again today to request extra Velcro. I feel like such a burden for having to ask for adjustments or supplies, but the staff is so caring and accommodating. They really take pride in their work, the splints are custom and do the job (I got a follow up Xray today) Thank you for all you do and keep up the amazing service! Mahalo!!

After emergency surgery, a plate, seven screws, and two months in a cast, the range of motion in my wrist was less than 5 degrees. I attended appointments with a few therapists and they are all exceptional, but Eva was my main provider. She was awesome! No, rehab did not always feel enjoyable, but that is why Eva is a great therapist! She makes sure to do what is best for you and your recovery, even if, sometimes, it is not pleasant. It is easy to skip the painful exercises/methods when you are rehabbing on your own, but Eva will make you eat your vegetables. She will do what is necessary for you to heal safely, but quickly as well! I gained about 5-10 degrees range of motion each session. She also has an amazing wingman to keep the voyage towards recovery as comfortable as possible. His name is Max and he is the sweetest pup. He will spend most of your appointment by your side making sure you're okay and asking for pets. Even if my arm wasn't healing so fast the session would be worth it just to hang out with him! He, unironically, helped my recovery a ton! Thanks to her and Max, I have resumed golfing and will shortly return to the rest of the sports I have been on a 7-month hiatus from. Cannot thank Eva, Max, and HH&RS enough! Make the best decision for yourself and choose HH&RS!

The care team focuses on whole body wellness and advocates sound alternative medicinal therapies like accupuncture, meditation, vitamins & supplements, but with good sense will go straight to modern medicine if that's the best for the ailment. I like that everything is under one roof, I can get my physical & occupational therapy here and also women's care like the Pap smear. It's an upscale almost boutique clinic that is a blessing to find. Some other helpful points: *‍They offer Telehealth via MyChart or Zoom and it has been my go to for a few years now because it's so convenient and easy to do. *Billing is hassle-free! Have a few things going on requiring separate billing? Think car accident insurance workman's comp, regular health insurance all together. No problem, no attitudes about it and no incorrect charges coming to you. *Most medical insurance is accepted *Impressive network. They give referrals based on personal knowledge not just because they're in the system. *Up to date! They know about current treatments & medicines, what's working better than others. *Tranquil office overlooking the ocean, easy to get to on the bus, Uber/Lyft, driving, scooter/bike. Secure parking and lock 'em up spots. * Close to food & shopping! Down to Earth is literally a few blocks away and they have yummy food and groceries then 1 block over is Fisher's for office supplies and cool pens. Down the road is Ala Moana center if you want more shopping. With Manakai o Malama going to the doctor almost got fun!

Never happened. I did not feel like they even cared about me. Gloria was the only one who could adjust the pressure on my CPAP and not being able to speak to her caused me some health problems. I couldn't even ask who my doctor was because "only Gloria can help you". I suppose I don't really have to worry as Niolopua is going belly up and I found out who my doctor is, so I just go straight to her.

I started my therapy in April 2023 and just had my final session this year in December 2023. I had lower back and shoulder pain from someone falling on me and absorbing all of their weight on my back and head. The other person who was a little younger, but heavier than I was; walked away with no pain :) Unfortunately, for me, I landed on the floor on my knees and hands braced on the ground while carrying another person. The back of this person's head hit the back of mine. I was referred to Queen's Outpatient Rehabilitation Center for my Physical Therapy by the Doctors at Queen's Island Urgent Care. Motoki was very meticulous in my exercises. He was very helpful. We developed a daily routine of exercises I would do at the Outpatient Rehab Center then I would do those exercises and incorporate them into my daily routine at home. We meet twice a week. And he is the best!!

The last time I was here was to take my annual firefighter FCE. Parking was not a problem, there's a lot of free parking. I was greeted with a nice friendly staff that got me started. The place is clean with a lot of equipment to test all kinds of injury and/or testing. What I like is that you're scheduled so that there is a lot of room and not many people in there at the same time. There was only me and another person there for physical training. Over here YOU are just a number with a dollar sign on your forehead! A few of the management at Physical & Industrial Rehabilitation Clinic of Oahu has "0" Aloha and people skills!!! The therapist they assigned me to was chewing and sucking on ice while asking me the same questions over and over. Then, she broke the bottom of their kitchenette sink stepping on it to show me how to step up at home while I'm washing dishes (they have a room full of equipment?!). I felt rushed and had a strange feeling there and didn't want to go back after the first visit. They called me a week later to get me to go back in. I kindly told the lady on the phone I would call her when I'm ready (x 3)....I had to tell her that three times while she kept talking. I told her she was being rude and she hung up on me!! Then, when I went to my regular doctor today, ....THIS Rehab outlet had sent my loving doctor A LETTER saying I AM NEVER WELCOME AGAIN ; to their in a rush, ice chewing, loud music, sweaty smell, no aloha, broken sink rehab center!!! Wow!! (I wasn't going back ever anyhow, just after one visit!) Also, when I first walked in they handed me a pile of papers to fill out and then the therapist came and said...."just sign here and here", "you can read and fill this out later...I have to get going or my whole day gets off pace". While chewing ice...her favorite words were..."Does this hurt? Does this Hurt?" Please choose a Rehabilitation center that will treat you with genuine aloha and respect. After all you are the one who needs the TLC ... not headaches and added stress!
