I called Austin Lee and he came out the next morning. He got on the roof and checked everything. He could not find the leak but pulled up the shingle and replaced the gooseneck vent and resealed the flashing and shingles at no cost to me. This fixed the problem. About a month later when we had more downpours, he reached out to me proactively to be sure we weren't having any more problems. That kind of customer service and standing behind your work is what sets this company apart. I could not be happier with their work and service. Great work at a very fair price. Paid for a Deep Clean. It Was Not Done. I hired this company…read morefor a full "deep clean" of a rental home prior to my move from out of state. The services clearly advertised included cleaning inside and outside of cabinets, appliances, windowsills, sliding glass doors and tracks, and detailed surfaces throughout the home. When I arrived a few days later, it was immediately obvious that those services had not been performed. * Bathroom cabinets still contained hair and debris * Kitchen sink was visibly dirty * Bathtub contained bugs * Cabinet interiors were not cleaned * Multiple advertised deep-clean items were untouched This was not a minor oversight or a missed spot. The overall condition of the home showed that the deep clean I paid for simply did not occur. When I contacted the owner, he stated he had done a walkthrough and found the work satisfactory. Based on the condition of the property, that claim is extremely concerning. Only $150 of the total fee was refunded. Consumers hire professional cleaners because they expect the advertised services to be performed -- especially when moving from out of state and unable to personally verify the work beforehand. Advertising a detailed "deep clean" and not delivering those services raises serious consumer protection concerns. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to require detailed photo documentation before payment and to carefully review the completed work in person. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business
