They were problematic even before this last incident. When I had oral surgery, the surgeon told me they could put me under and it'd be covered by insurance. I trusted him and went ahead. They lay everything out-what's recommended, what insurance may or may not cover-and then allow you to decide what works best for you, whether that's moving forward immediately, spacing things out, or holding off altogether. That level of transparency and respect goes a long way. If you're familiar with how I review, consistency is everything to me-whether it's food or service. I understand nothing and no one is perfect, but consistency matters. And over the past three years, this location has delivered just that.
