We visited the Hygienist today (still located in the same building) for a deep cleaning, and the doctor was incredibly sweet, gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that you're not treated like just another patient--you're treated like a real person. The front desk staff is always polite and welcoming, and even the billing department is friendly (how often can you say that?). The office is clean, well-maintained, and full of genuine hospitality. We drive about 30 minutes to get there, and it's absolutely worth every mile and minute in traffic. There was constant turnover -- the hygienist seemed different at nearly every cleaning, and my dentist changed multiple times. With each visit, the overall bedside manner felt less personal and more rushed. There seemed to be little concern about explaining treatment plans or helping elevate concerns I had. What ultimately concerned me most was the treatment planning. After seeking several second opinions, I was told by other dentists that some of the recommended treatment recommendations, including crowns, were aggressive and unnecessary. That raised serious red flags for me. I also began to feel uncomfortable with the front office staff. There was noticeable pressure to agree to additional services, and when I asked questions or declined treatment, the response sometimes felt dismissive. Because of these experiences, I decided it was best to switch providers. I hope they can refocus on consistency, patient communication, and more conservative treatment recommendations in the future.

I was taken back after sitting just a couple of minutes by Angel the awesome tech. I love the technology of this office. They do digital X-rays and photos. Super easy no pain no stress, and super quick. I saw Dr Kaplan today. She is so nice and I got a great report today. My hygienist was Chelsea. I hadn't had an appointment with her in like a year. I guess I was scheduled with a different hygienist. She is so great! She is very detailed and personable. We caught up on what we have both been up to this last year, during my treatment. I just love the personalized care. I do have new info that they are using a new and improved fluoride treatment. It is water soluble. And it only has to stay on for 15 minutes to be effective. That means you only have to wait 15 minutes before you eat or drink anything. They have two flavors right now mint or watermelon. The watermelon flavor is light and sweet. I like it. They gave me sunglasses to wear during the exam so the bright light they use to see doesn't blind me. Lol. I was able to book my next 3 appointments while sitting in the comfy chair. I received a tooth brushing kit, perfect for travel or work. Check out was super quick. This office is professional, friendly and efficient. Team work in action. The hours are also important to me. They are able to get me in, late afternoon after school hours. So perfect! This office is right between my school and my house so it's perfect for me. There is always plenty of parking. There are spots right outside the door or right across. I like to pop over to Trader Joe's and dollar tree when I'm over here. I highly recommend. Check them out.

Dr. Nguyen is so nice and more importantly she knows her job Very well! She pays very close attention to details and throughout the procedures always checks that you are not experiencing any CV discomfort or pain. The staff uses the latest and best technologies to perform their jobs plus I never have to wait...before I leave, the office staff has setup my next visit, written it down for me and once finished I leave knowing the procedure that was done will last and without any issues or pain! They have had quite the number of communication issues and the front office staff has rotated quite a bit out. Dr Nguyen is great, and the hygienists are great as well. The front staff.... Not so coordinated. Needed a cleaning which I had scheduled. Had to cancel since I'm sick and don't want to get the staff sick. They told me the next cleaning is in June. EVERYTIME I've had a cleaning it was the dentist who did 90% and they said she can't do it for me anymore... Just super disappointed to see how this place is being run.
