I stumbled across Spencer's website with extremely helpful charts and maps of all of the mello roos/special assessment taxes labeled along with the HoA fees for the city. Spencer even took the time to reach out to me on his site to give me some great pointers on some of the high traffic areas to avoid around the freeways and went above and beyond to point me to some homes I could look at. I'm so grateful that there's a realtor out there who *promotes transparency* and is willing to help potential homeowners in the area out.
