Not knowing we needed an attorney ahead of time we called nicks office on a Friday morning, spoke to Mallory who was extremely helpful by arranging us a meeting with Nick only a few hours later. He not only took the time to help us with what we thought we needed but went above and beyond to point us in the right direction and provide us with the nessessary tools to further resolve the issue. I have never been up that high with such a beautiful view of the city. I was Immediately relaxed when Nick came in very promptly to assist my family with the documentation we needed. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in what decisions needed to be made. All in all, I enjoyed the experience of visiting Nick Gounaris office and learning the process. He made the foolish nincompoops in the Dayton city building look exactly like what they are. The "bitch boy" coward and well known idiot Joshua Spears trumped up some fake charges on me because he slipped and fell down when he jumped out on me and screamed like a little girl who had dropped her icecream in the sand, he screamed so loud he scared himself and then was very upset when his punk ass got lawfully handled by yours truly ( Spears has a video of the incident he carries around with him trying to get people to watch and agree with him that he was right) Spears has several issues he still is working through in regards to this incident so if you see him dont mention it to him because he has stated that he is still scared. Lieberman told me what spoiled little bitches the "Lewis mafia" turds were and how since I made them look like " the stupid bitches Brian Lewis and Spears are " they would be out to get me, I told him that I did not make these boys look like little dumbasses, they had done that all on their own, the only thing I did was expose their collective idiodic actions for what they were and that I had no personal grudges because I understand how some folks just lack the ability to comprehend in a normal way, or more specifically that both of these boys are prime examples of persons who cannot understand normal thinking. Lieberman told me that these "assclowns" were so simple that he could win the jury trial without presenting one witness for the defense and he would be happy to press a jury trial at a small percentage of his normal fee because he knew I was innocent and he believed in the truth of my legal claim. Mr. Lieberman gave me the best criminal defense possible for a very low price because he knew I was right, Mr. Lieberman knew I was innocent and told one of my freinds that he was happy to put on the trial and was thankful that I brought him such an easy win. Lieberman helped me kick these boys ass so bad that they knew they were getting their asses handed to them, they totally bitched out and neither one of these cowards showed up to testify. I could go on for hours about what horrible people the Lewis mafia is, but Lieberman suggested that I not mention the "Lewis mafia" because of all the shady dealings that they are involved in suggest to me that at some point Lieberman possibly has knowledge of some illegal political payola going down, either way, I cant thank Lieberman enough for dunking these bitches case right in their face, and doing so at less than half of his normal fee and he also let me pay him off on a payment plan (which I paid in full and also gave Dennis a little cash bonus when he secured a not guilty verdict, because I always keep my word, especially when it comes to obligatory payment) . I always wanted to win a jury trial without presenting one witness and Dennis Lieberman made one of my crazy, never thought it would happen, secret bucket list desires come to fruition. Lieberman is a great trial attorney and really pulled out all the stops, giving me a 10k defense for less than 2k because he knew I was right. Thanks Dennis your the man!

As soon as I payed my retainer fee, Mr mulligan conveniently disappeared for the next 3 weeks on "vacation." Little to no communication between his secretaries and myself. Whenever I had a question I could never reach him. Was supposed to receive a call from him personally, never happened. I had a hearing at 2 pm, I show up at 2. I wait in the courtroom for 30 minutes or so. The clerk of court comes in and says my lawyer asked for a continuance at 930 that morning. It was granted at 1130 am. I call them and they said there was someone there at the court. The court said that was false. So not only did they not tell me I had a continuance, they also lied to cover there tracks and still charged me for the appearance they didn't appear at.
