I love shoes, bags and coats and will pay the money for good quality. It was Saturday, June 29 and not busy in the store - one other customer. The store is small and there were two people helping the four of (3 in my party). She was nice and offered assistance however the guy was an a$#hole. I've read other reviews (other sites) about the grumpy middle aged guy with poor customer service and met him in the flesh.
