This is the latest of six transactions we have done with Brianna and the team at EXP Realty. The transactions included three sales, two listings and property that Brianna assisted us with. Two of the transactions involved a 1031 tax exchange whereby we needed to buy the properties to avoid the tax consequences. Brianna helped us find reputable companies who handle these types of purchases, even though one of the transactions was through an "agent" who ended up listing and selling one of the properties. This transaction was early on, and we weren't sure if Exp Realty handles commercial property. Brianna helped to lead the "agent" in the right direction, and we were successful in selling the property.
