I just called to inquire about an appointment for my mother and they asked why she was coming in and I explained that she is diabetic and needs someone to look at her feet and also that her toenails are thick and she can't cut them and the receptionist told me to find a podiatrist that deals with these issues- ??? I attempted to schedule an appointment at this office, but the front desk staff was completely incompetent when it came to verifying insurance. Despite being given clear instructions on how to verify eligibility through a third-party administrator (which was 100% in-network), they had absolutely no idea how to proceed. The doctor is in-network, yet the staff's lack of knowledge prevented me from even making an appointment. To make matters worse, communication was a major struggle, as the front desk staff had difficulty speaking English, making the process even more frustrating. I cannot speak on the doctor's quality of care--she may be excellent--but unfortunately, I will never find out because her office staff is incapable of handling basic administrative tasks. I immediately contacted another podiatrist's office, and they verified the insurance seamlessly without any issues. If this office wants to retain patients, they need to train their staff properly. 100% I researched so many podiatrist and was blessed to find Dr Franco She is knowledgeable, patient,friendly and most importantly thinks on what's best for her patients and will not do any procedure unless she feels its a must. Today I had my procedure on two toes and have not had any pain. She sent me antibiotics and pain meds if needed. Also, I had My procedure in Doral, The Surgery Center WOW! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! When I came in with a painful problem, SANDRA FRANCO MADE ME DEAL WITH MEDICAL STUDENTS INSTEAD OF HER. This was misleading and upsetting as I AM PAYING FOR HER MEDICAL CARE NOT A STUDENT. When Sandra finally came in after 40 minutes of waiting and dealing with annoying medical students, she was SO RUDE. She barely looked me in the eye and had zero concern for my wellness. it's just about money for Sandra and SHE IS NOT A REAL DOCTOR WITH AN MD. first visit to Dr Sandra Franco she was rude and told me that I did not need Home Health. She cut a piece of my Toenail and says she would send it out for analysi. Her assistant gave me a print out for next visit. and told me to put iodine on toenail until next visit in two weeks, which said on the print out for November 13th 2:15 pm. when I went for second visit, they told me they had no record of this second visit and the staff was very rude. asked me for print out which I didn't have because I had noted the date & time on my phone. The whole staff was so rude I would never go back. when I asked for the results of my analysis they told me for my PC to send them a request for results. These people were awful to me an eighty year old woman! I would never recommend this Dr. as she and her staff are the rudest people I have ever encountered! read more

Today was my first visit to Franco & Co. I stopped by on my way from 24hr Fitness nearby and was very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful, modern, clean and affordable this place is. It's truly a gem among nail salons and would recommend it to anyone. I don't like getting pedicures because I feel uncomfortable in regular nails salons wondering if the place is clean, hating the smell of acrylic nails and always feeling like the technician just can't wait to get to the next person.
