The search for contractors was pretty frustrating. Some contractors didn't even bother to respond. Others responded immediately with extremely high price quotes. Another responded with a great quote, but then disappeared. The best experience, from the start, was with Alex and his company, AC Painting and Remodeling. Alex responded to my first message in a timely fashion, and he continued to communicate quickly from the time he started the project until it was completed. He sent me regular updates throughout the process, including photos, which was great. His pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of the work was excellent. He finished the job on time, and made sure to take care of the list of follow-up items. I got a complete kitchen renovation (new cabinets, granite countertops, sink and all new appliances). I also got all new laminate floors, and a new vanity in the bathroom. Alex also did a few small fixes throughout the apartment. Everything looks great, and I really could not be any happier with the results or with the rates he charged. I highly recommend this company, and I'll definitely hire them again for any future work. I'm attaching some before and after photos.

This blend of communication, craftsmanship, and hard work elevates this company beyond any other I have worked with. These intangibles were invaluable for us. Jose told us each day when he would be onsite, if he was running late, and what the timing would be as far as deliveries, removal of trash, and costs. Jose also brought up any issues or obstacles he came across during the remodel process. After we started our project, Jose was also able to include a bathroom vanity, mirror, and light installation. Jose not only had great suggestions, but was open to our suggestions as well. Jose also returned several items on our behalf to Home Depot. What service! LOVE, LOVE working with J.A.K.E.
