She has helped me with some seasonal cold and flue stuff and also in finding a solution to a chronic syndrome I suffer from. They are all very well versed in homeopathic and "alternative" therapies but are not scared to call in traditional medicine if need be. In my experience, most practices are all one or the other and hold the other in contempt. For what it is worth, I know that the office staff has been under a bit of an overhaul the past few months. It is OK when I first called. The lady was nice and very easy to make appointment(this is actually a big red flag, because all the other family doctors are pretty busy). When arrive, big letters of "We are moving" on windows, another big red flag. They will make one simple visit two or three times, so they could continue to charge you. Anyway, the equipment's were broken here, the assistant are not experienced, they even had difficulties measuring my blood pressure. and then they messed our records again and again, place extra charges and threatening you when you asked questions on the bills.

My parents live far from the office now, yet Dr. Metzger insists that they come in for any visit including a referral to get an x-ray. Why force seniors to drive over 30 minutes to be seen in 5 mins to determine if an x-ray is needed? Her bedside manner has changed, she has no time for her patients which is a shame because patients is what drives her profession. I'm sorry but there's a certain level of customer service I expect and its not getting done from this Drs office. The insurance company kicked it back for whatever reason and then it has fallen on most likely his nurse to follow through and explain that i'm qualified to receive the perscription . Whenever i call the insurance company to get a status they tell me that they are still waiting to hear back from Dr. Spetko . He could care less how I felt and never physically examined me. On the forth day I questioned why I was still in so much pain, even though i had a procedure 2days prior, and if they were going to do any further testing. A day later I'm still waiting to be discharged but he has refused to send me home with any pain meds.
