The insurance company kicked it back for whatever reason and then it has fallen on most likely his nurse to follow through and explain that i'm qualified to receive the perscription . Been waiting about a month for her (his nurse ) to get the problem squared away and keep getting mouth service from her that she will . Whenever i call the insurance company to get a status they tell me that they are still waiting to hear back from Dr. Spetko . So i guess the moral is that even though you think you have a good doctor . It takes a supporting team behind him to sometimes help the patient have a good service . My service has been decidedly disappointing and it is now time to move on to an office that is willing to work with me all the way through the process . Honestly its like a zoo in the waiting room and it takes a long time to see the doctor . Go here if you don't mind being jerked around a bit !

My parents live far from the office now, yet Dr. Metzger insists that they come in for any visit including a referral to get an x-ray. Why force seniors to drive over 30 minutes to be seen in 5 mins to determine if an x-ray is needed? Her bedside manner has changed, she has no time for her patients which is a shame because patients is what drives her profession. I'm sorry but there's a certain level of customer service I expect and its not getting done from this Drs office. Hopefully they can switch to a Doctor's office closer and with a Dr that actually takes the time to listen to their patients.

I purposely didn't mention the employee name because I didn't want to get anyone fired my intention was that maybe she could have a general meeting with her staff and discuss being more professional. Terri has always made time to see Nana, never rushes her. She loves to share the photos of her animals and stories with Nana. My grandmother actually can't wait to see her. Staff not as friendly as they used to be. They give you appts two weeks,out, hopefully you are better by then. Their office hours are lousy for working people. It was so much different when Dr Thompson was there. I love the Drs but they need to do something to get the office back to what it used to be.
