Francesca's Collections is not new to me, as I have been familiar with the name for years. However, it was my first time in a LONG time walking into a store. The pretty window displays at this location drew me in from the street. Right when you walk in, you are greeted and there is an abundant array of merchandise to start browsing. I went for the dresses, tops, and accessories. There was a deal going on buy one, get the other at 30% off. I ended up leaving with 3 dresses and a top. Had I had more time to browse, I probably would have gone through all of the items out on the floor as there is plenty of diversity in products on every inch of the store to explore. The staff was also a joy to speak with and were so very helpful. I ended up wearing two of the items I bought for my event I was in town for. They both worked so well with the belt I had brought and were perfect for the occasion. read more

This is one of my wife's favorite boutique shops. The clothes are always so cute and flattering. Prices are always spot on for a decent budget, often surprised it doesn't cost more, especially in the high end market areas where we tend to find these stores. The clearance rack in the back is always her first stop. Often with a buy one get one discount on an already discounted product. Today, and cool Boho shirt for $19.98 followed by a really nice pull over sweater for the same price, but actually free since it's buy one get one. Or the is it the Boho shirt and the button up sweater retro to the 80's for $24.98. Decisions. They always have some really neat stuff. read more

Today we were being tourist in the Fort Worth area. We drove into the downtown area to do some shopping. Specially a white bridal shower outfit. We went into Francesca's and discovered an adorable shop that had a completely different selection of clothes then the shop in Uptown in Albuquerque. The salesgirl was awesome she went through the shop and found every white dress in the necessary size while we all looked around. They had fun novelty mugs and glasses. Lots of cute clothes, jewelry, and fun novelty gifts. They also have a nice selection of hats and shoes. The quality of clothes is not the best but not the worst either. A great store to stop for lots of pretty dresses and all things girly. There's usually only a couple of employees working the cash register, so sometimes the lines can get a little long with a wait. The store can also get a little cramped. They also have a nice clearance rack I always visit. read more

I love to come in here, mostly gift shopping! They have so many cutesy and trendy little knickknacks from salt & pepper shakers to soap dishes to tea towels to picture frames. They of course have clothes too -- lots of ruffles and pastels, so not really my personal taste. But cute stuff. Boutique-ish prices, my mom bought a flowy cardigan for $50. The staff is very sweet and they leave you be while you browse, and while this store is pretty small, you can honestly spend a lot of time browsing. There is many a treasure. read more

I was looking for a necklace and bracelet for an event tonight and wasn't having luck anywhere. I stopped in Francesca's because a mannequin in the window had something on similar to what I was in search for. I'm so happy I stopped in! I actually had a little bit of help from the girl working there (I think her name was Megan). She helped me find the perfect necklace and bracelet!! I loved her suggestions and her willingness to help me find the most beautiful items! This was my first time at a Francesca's but it most certainly won't be my last! read more

I have always loved this store and location, but recently it has been awful. Today I was simply calling the store to ask if they had an item in stock that I saw online that I need for an event this weekend. That is the first problem. The Francescas website as a whole does not tell you if an item is in the store or not, forcing you to have to call. When I called this particular store, all I asked was "Hi, I'm just wondering if y'all have an item in stock that I saw online." The lady so short with a rude tone answered "What is it." I then proceeded to tell her the name of the item and even described it to her. Then, she checked on her computer and rudely responded to me "We don't have that." Good thing they didn't have it because I was going to ask them to hold it for a couple of hours and I did not want to hear the response about that. read more

Walked in today and nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help, Usually I don't take this personally but I went in with the intent to find outfits for an upcoming trip and there were three employees standing at the register gossiping about store drama the entire time. Dear girls working here, you work in retail. You are not better than other people just because your parents pay your bills. Being nice won't kill you or ruin your manicure. Stopped in and no one ever asked if I needed assistance, said hello, anything. Instead they made VERY rude comments about a customer that had just walked out and about her physical appearance and dress. So disrespectful. I always end up buying random things here- like a cute passport cover, a sloth mug, pineapple accessories, beach bags. I called to this store looking for an adorable mug I found online. The girl I spoke to over the phone was very helpful- she set the items I wanted aside. When I actually got to the store help was scarce. There were lots of employees but none that wanted to interact with me. I prefer not to be hounded while I am shopping, so that aspect is okay- but when I want to purchase and get going- that's when I need someone! The location is great. Every time I walked into this store I am amazed by the people who work here--if you hate people that much then don't work in the customer service industry! Today the 2 girls working here continued unwrapping boxes and talking about their job while at least 5 people walked around without being greeted or acknowledged. I saw one employee roll their eyes numerous times while people walked around with their hands full. One of them basically ran me over with a cardboard box and then just kept walking. We get that you have to get merchandise on the floor; however, without customers buying and keeping your store in business, their will not be any merchandise to put out. read more

This location always has tons of options. The selection is usually really great and diverse. I love that there are always tons of items packed on the sale rack. I'm guilty of loving me a good sale! There's also a lot of cool decor and novelty gifts artfully arranged in clusters of little tables and shelves. I enjoy perusing them at leisure. When you come in on a regular weekday night, it's usually not crowded. In all my experiences here, the staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful. They're always quick to introduce themselves by name and get a fitting room started for you. Sometimes they add in jewelry or other accessories to the fitting room unsolicited to see if you'd like them. The store is always clean and tidy. I love the warm yellow hardwood floor and full length mirrors scattered throughout. A girl may need to stop and look at herself at any moment!! All in all, this is one of my favorite places to shop. The prices are very reasonable, especially if you stick to the abundant sale rack. I love this store. read more

I bought a really cute $40 blouse. I only wore it once and the seams came apart in the washer. I'm a mom. I buy a lot of clothes. I wash a lot of laundry. The way this thing came apart is just ridiculous. I am so disappointed because it really was a great looking blouse. The quality is just terrible. The staff was obnoxious. I wasn't given a receipt when I purchased my items but they asked for my email address so I assumed the receipt would be emailed to me. When I went back a week later to make a return they were extremely rude saying the only thing they could do was give me store credit. I pointed out the mistake was not on my part but rather on their end. The "manager" told me that she trusted her employees to ALWAYS give receipts (accusing me of lying.) She pointed to where the receipts came out of, and sarcastically explained to me (as one would to a toddler) how the machine works. It was disgustingly demeaning. I am not upset about the fact that they could only give store credit, but rather the way the situation was handled. While I was speaking with them, both employees turned their backs to continue whatever it was they had been doing- as if they couldn't give me the time of day. On my way out, I didn't get anything more than a sarcastic apology with turned backs. I am incredibly disappointed. I used to be a regular customer but will no longer be returning to this store. I hope they find better employees or work on their customer service, because that is no way to run a business. read more
