Do not hire for irrigation installs…read more We hired A&C Irrigation Pros on 3/22/2021. They spent _ days installing our sprinkler system which consists of 7 zones. We questioned the positioning of the sprinkler heads as they weren't equally distanced from each other, and it didn't seem that some of the heads would cover the amount of surface they should. We were told that the water would 'run down' to the areas where there was no head placed and that there didn't have to be 'overlapping' coverage. Once it got warm enough to run the sprinklers, we noticed there wasn't much pressure and there were many 'dead' spots on our lawn. Notified A&C and asked if they could fix this and they suggested a 'pump system' be installed to push out more water. I researched irrigation systems and called many other companies and found that the pipes used (3/4") should have actually been 1". We also had the city come out to check the amount of pressure coming into our home (we live in a fairly new development) and they said the pressure was fine. Another reputable irrigation company saw that the irrigation system installed by A&C is leaking, that the pipes/tubing used is not suited for outdoor use and that the quality of work done was poor. We were also told that there is no need for a pump system. If fact, a pump would cause leaks throughout the system, because the tubing used cannot withstand the pressure needed for an effective irrigation system. None of our neighbors needed extra pump systems either. After contacting A&C, multiple times, about our irrigation system, they agreed to refund us the amount of the pipes/tubing (in order for us to replace it all) and labor. We received a check for $1248, after spending $4560 for the install. Along with the check, they stated that they would no longer guarantee the system they installed. We are very dissatisfied with the quality of work done and would NOT recommend this business. It's a shame because they seemed very nice and assisted with another issue we had with our sump pump.

Kudos to Warweg for screwing me over on my irrigation system. I had them come out in March prior to…read moreextending my patio to move 1 sprinkler head. Billy the tech said not to worry about it now. They could move it after the job was completed. He took the sprinkler head off and handed it to me to "save me some money". He told me when the added the extended patio to have the concrete guys mark the line and they could replace the head from there. Billy never bothered to cap the disconnected line. He must habe been to busy to take care of this ocersight. Did I mention it was one (1) sprinkler head. Well the concrete guys didn't break the line. So prior to pouring the new pad, I called Warweg again. I advised them that the line wasn't broke and asked them to come mark the line. Billy told the service agent to tell me not to worry they could locate the line. Once the pad was completed at the end of April I requested that they come relocate the sprinkler head. A new tech came out and asked me where the line was. I explained that it was somewhere under the new 11x10 foot pad. He said he could try to run the water to see where the water came out. Yeah that'll work. It only has to work its way through 11x10 foot slab of concrete. He said not problem, they could locate the line with some equipment that could detect it. He left and send a supervisor. That supervisor admitted that BILLY SHOULD HAVE CAPPED THE LINE. So the new plan was to run a new line with all new heads. The cost of one head relocated versus the cost of 5 new heads and a new line.hmmmm that should be a great deal for Warweg. I was told that he would speak to his supervisor and try to reach a deal to lessen the cost. After calling for 4 weeks straight I get "the warweg deal". For $1,800 they will correct their error. I should ask them to punch me in the groin as a bonus. Such a classless unprofessional act. What would have cost me maybe $300-400 if now costing me $1800. Not a call to return my concerns, a simple email with an outrageous quote. Congratulations on building a company large enough to allow you to push the client around even when the error was on your tech Billy.
