Geico won't even deal with your claim of a stolen car if a "tow company" tows it. A "tow driver" stole our car and even the police say it's stolen and Geico won't touch the claim simply because someone with a tow truck randomly targeted it and towed it 50+ miles away claiming they "found it" on public property and thought it shouldn't be there. (legally parked by the way) They also lie through their teeth. Twice they claimed the police didn't file the car as stolen. Both times the officer confirmed it was in the system. Wouldn't be surprised if they never actually checked and they think we're too stupid to figure that out. They are a joke.

When I went to price out my auto insurance with another carrier (which was 50% less) I found out MMG charged me for an auto accident I wasn't involved in and refused to offer any assistance in rectifying the issue. Horrible, horrible company with the worse customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They make Comcast look great! If E&B wants to put you through MMG, my advice is to run, not walk.

Get ready for a long, thorough review! My husband and I moved from MA to NH in May 2017 when we purchased our first home. Somehow through our home buying process we were referred to James Goff @ Atlantic for our insurance needs. James takes care of our auto and home insurance (and literally anything I inquire about in between). For over 2 years James has never let us down. If I send an email for advice or a question on something, I get a reply typically within minutes. In my previous experiences with insurance companies, I would consider myself lucky to receive a response back within a WEEK! I was looking for renter's insurance…read more I first tried a quote with Geico. They wanted $24.00 a month for a $10,000 policy. I then placed a call to Progressive. They wanted $35.00 a month for a $15,000 policy. I then called Liberty Mutual. At first the gentleman stated it would be $68.00 upfront and then $40.00 thereafter for a $25,000 policy. I explained to him the previous quotes obtained from his competition and he offered me then a $15,000 policy at $35.00 a month. I would still however need to pay a $68.00 upfront fee. I politely informed him that I would then be calling Allstate. I spoke into my phone requesting information on the number for Allstate and Google returned the number somehow in a weird way, the number for a local agent. Ms. Crosby. So I gave them a call. After giving them a brief synopsis of my previous encounters with the other nefarious insurance villains, they informed me I was in "Good hands" To my delight, they offered me a $15,000 policy for renter's insurance for only $8.83 a month which is auto extracted from my account. I don't have very much in this world but I would like to protect what I do have. Now I can't promise that they can give you the same deal I received as I don't work for them, but try giving them a call. I'll bet they are a lot more reasonable than those other clowns I first called.
