I have always went to foxy nails but this time I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I wanted a white coffin shaped nail with stones on the ring finger. there was absolutely no way I could get that across to the technician. I have never been treated so bad. she would hiss slam her nail file down walk away. she was rough when she's filing. squeeze your hand. when I tried to show her she slam her stuff down on her station and walk away talking to herself and I finally had enough. I said I have will pay for the what was done and go somewhere else. I have never been treated. she acted like I was an inconvenience and it was probably one of the more simple nails done and they told me they would fix and someone else took over but it wasn't what I wanted and it was probably one of the easiest white nail polish with stones along the bottom of the ring finger. they still charged me full price and she sat there sat there glaring at me while someone else finished my nails. My husband and I stopped in to get pedicures. Worse ones we have EVER gotten. We got the Deluxe and ??MAYBE?? 15 minutes each. No massage, nails got no attention, lady was grumpy and when I said the wax was too hot for me she acted mad. I even got a small blister. I get wax all time at other places and have never gotten burned. We will EVER go back!!! read more

They don't deserve one star. This place was sketchy, unclean, and aggressive. They took a smoke break and then came in without washing their hands. We had to leave after taking just our shellac off because how bad of a job they were doing. The nails were then weak and uneven. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon! Rude staff! Hurriedly did the poor job on my nails while talking to other staff in a foreign language and talking and texting on her phone WHILE she was doing my nails!! I was the only client and the receptionist had to argue with her about doing my nails to begin with! Maybe she didn't like the fact I was male. I'm only here because my mom died and I'm here to be with my family and I will be playing guitar at her funeral, that's why I needed the service..:The end result was a POOR nail job and an upset and dissatisfied customer!!! I came to this nail salon while on vacation in NE visiting family. Foxy Nails does a really nice job. I got a pedicure and was impressed with the meticulous job that the girl did painting my nails. The only reason that I would say 4 stars as opposed to 5 would be for efficiency. One thing the girls at Foxy could do to improve their business model would be to articulate to customers right away how long (if at all) the wait will be. Keeping in mind that I was a walk-in, I didn't know how long I would be waiting. I watched another woman in the same position, and after sitting there for 15 mins, she decided to come back. Otherwise very friendly service, and genuinely sweet girls who are meticulous in their craft. Well done! read more

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone in Grand Island. I'll take my business literally anywhere else. The man doing my shellac manicure asked why I had acne, and if I've considered seeing a dermatologist. As a grown woman, I thought that was extremely rude. He proceeded to make joking comments about lotioning my hands to take my wedding ring. Joking or not, I was extremely uncomfortable the entire visit. I paid for the highest possible pedicure package they offer, and they used soft soap hand soap to scrub my feet and did no callous removal. I can scrub my feet with cheap soap at home without paying $35 for it. I'm an extremely understanding and patient person, who would only write a negative review if it was extremely warranted. Please save yourself the trouble and search for a different salon. read more

Terrible! We got our pedicures on a Wednesday night (plenty of time before closing time) & they were not busy.The employees were rude. There was little massage to our pedicures basically just went through the steps without putting in any effort. The designs on our toes were hideous. When our toes were drying all the employees got on their computers to watch their shows. (All had different shows on & their computers were blaring). They also shut some of the lights off (the ones above us) while we were waiting for our toes to dry. (Again we had plenty of time before closing) Worst experience ever! We will not be returning!! My advice, look somewhere else if you want a good pedicure experience! read more

We have been here twice. First time, I didn't care for staff, asked for a design on toe, a bigger flower they couldn't do. I showed her before we started. I thought oh well, just do a design. I would of given them 3 stars cause they are just not friendly. Well, decided to go there again on a Sunday. First ones in. They got really busy quickly, so she was in a huge hurry. I get my nails dipped. Noticed that she was skipping steps my regular place does. Thought well maybe it will be ok. Well on Monday one day after, I had two nails chipped and one cracked. I have never ever had a problem with them before. Now, I have not called them, they were not at all friendly again and I also live a hour away, I can't just run in. They will not get my business again. And I've been getting my nails done on a regular basis for 10 years. Just wish I could find a place in grand Island. On the road for work and my toes were in need of attention. Was a walk in for a pedi. It was a bit after 7, they close at 8. I will pay extra for that awesome callous remover but it was never even offered. I was not asked if I wanted them cut down either. Guess he was rushed due to a women walking in right behind me, she is still soaking as I type. Not sure if the metal instruments had been sanitized, but I know the nail files had not. Still had nail dust on it from who it was used on before me. Then it was just thrown into a drawer not being sanitized. This is the worst pedi I have ever had. Should of saved the $20.00 buck and did it when I got home. I was really hoping for much better. Did not see any state licenses posted. read more

Terrible, would never and would never recommend this place. Very rude and unprofessional, I tried to get a pedicure with my toddler (keep in mind they have child size pedicure chairs) she didn't want to do one because she assumed my daughter would splash, said she didn't need a pedi and continued to argue with me over the service I was paying for and walked in for. I let her know I didn't want her to scrub her feet but wanted her to have that experience with mom. My weekends I like to do things she likes with her and the owner spoke to coworker in their language and gestured splashing and smirked almost like making fun. I walked out and let her know I didn't want any of her services! read more
