Where one nail had lifted it ripped part of my natural nail off to the quick and very painful. My natural nails look horrible now! She blamed it on letting my nails grow out too long. The lifting started at the cuticles. The man who had done the dip didn't push my cuticles back before he added the dip, like I had asked him to do. She kept picking at my skin around my toes over and over and over again. She grabbed the color I picked and as she is applying it I could tell the bottle was almost empty. So the application wasn't as smooth as a full bottle of polish would've been. She could've easily told me they were running out of that color. Once the pedicure was done I take a look at them and there are areas on the nail bed missing polish and my pinky toes look like they have globs of paint on them. Not to mention one of my toes bled in the corner because of how much she was picking at them. I'm not satisfied at all and the amount I paid doesn't reflect the service I received.
