As I arrived she was finishing up with a customer, my wait wasn't that long. I'm in town for work and had an old set from a previous nail salon, and I was nervous that it would be a problem but she wasted no time completing my service. I was very indecisive about my design but she was very patient with me, even though I ended up changing my mind and not getting one. My experience here was a 10/10. As long as I'm in Grand Island, I would always come here.

She was very accommodating and squeezed me in last minute which was a great start! She paid great attention to detail and spend an hour and a half making sure to give me a cut that I love. She even consulted with a senior stylist to be sure she was taking the right approach to fixing my problem. She kept picking at my skin around my toes over and over and over again. She grabbed the color I picked and as she is applying it I could tell the bottle was almost empty. So the application wasn't as smooth as a full bottle of polish would've been. She could've easily told me they were running out of that color. Once the pedicure was done I take a look at them and there are areas on the nail bed missing polish and my pinky toes look like they have globs of paint on them. Not to mention one of my toes bled in the corner because of how much she was picking at them. I'm not satisfied at all and the amount I paid doesn't reflect the service I received.

If you don't like setting appointments, or things come up in your schedule and you can't make an appointment, please give them a try! If your looking for a great massage during a pedicure, ask for the guy. He always gives me and my husband very good massages.

Meh. I got almond French tip. I would prefer a darker pink. Or given an option to choose my own…read morepink for my French tip. The price was not bad though. I paid 55 for my nails... I travel to a lot of salons through out the US and this was one of my worse sets. Lots of extra nail polish on my fingers and I really hate the pink that was used. Also lots of extra white residue on my nails. It looks worse in person. Thanks anyway Grand Island!
