Sven invested four hours of his time at the property and found over 148 issues with a property that we thought was close to turnkey. He also offered a discount with our next inspection. It is hard to overstate how professional he is and how much he cares about his craft. You would be incredible lucky to work with Sven and his team. They are honest, thorough and will teach you so much about home inspection even if you've been through the process several times. He came out to the property, took a check for $350, and never produced any inspection report after four weeks of my follow up. He also delayed my project for several weeks because he was non-responsive to text, emails and phone. When I ultimately had to let him go, I got him on the phone after threatening legal action and he said that he didn't owe me any inspection report because I fired him. Definitely be careful with these kinds of people. I am a new home buyer and this dishonesty is what keep many people away from trusting consultants and contractors.
