Standing procedures are explained succinctly on an information sheet on room's desk; of course you can ask other questions via text, phone, or in person. Overall it is a real, comfortable home. Breakfasts were excellent. The owner is the cook; it is obvious she loves cooking and puts thought and care into preparing seasonal dishes. She was also careful to check about any food allergies guests may have. Subtracting 1/4 star because of baffling TV streaming network setup - with NO volume control! Although we aren't used to that at home, so it may not be a problem for other people. We were treated as special welcome guests; we definitely want to return on a future trip.
