It was 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. My computer started flashing "low battery," so I naturally plugged it in. However, the computer started making a strange noise and flashing off and on. I tried several times with the same result. I panicked, because I use this computer for all things in my counseling business and I was headed out of town the next day.
