Some lady with glasses finally came out from the back and I asked her if the hand full of arrangement on the showcase were the only ones available. In a very annoyed voice and before I could finish my sentence she said yes. I then asked if she had a catalog to choose arrangements from and she said NO I then moved on to look around the very small space to check out whatever else she had on the floor in buckets when she asked me if there was a special occasion I was looking to get flowers for. I told her I was looking to purchase flowers for a funeral service and she took out A CATALOG that somehow she didn't have before. I made my selection and paid her about $400 + for my order. I left and when I came back to pick up, some of the arrangement lacked flowers. I paid for 3 $90 arrangement and expected more than just 5 roses in each so I requested she added more roses and she complied with no push back. However after coming back up front from fixing and adding more roses she tried to charge me $25 extra for each arrangement. Mind you she only added 4 more roses each. I told her I was not paying anything more than what I had already paid and this lady laughed and said sure just take it then. The arrangements were beautiful, all of them! however the treatment I got was complete trash. These people acted like I was bothering them.

I was calling from California and I had called a couple of other florists in El Paso who couldn't do it due to lack of flowers or they were closed. It was on Saturday February 14th. I then called "Flowers by Liza" and their listing stated they were closed Saturdays and Sundays. I called the shop phone number anyway. Her recording said I could text to her other number. So I text the obituary viewing/funeral information for Monday Feb 16th and Tuesday Feb 17th and prayed hoping to hear from her. Wow, she returned my call and stated she could have my arrangement ready for delivery on Monday. Well, not only did she do mine but I also had a friend in West Virginia who wanted an arrangement too! I made the trip to El Paso and got to see both arrangements at the viewing. I was in awe! Well worth it! They were sooo beautiful and I had to hold back the tears!! The day after the funeral, I was leaving El Paso, I had to stop by her other shop on 7115 N. Loop Drive-B (Yellow Bldg) and meet her in person. She was their and I thanked her, her husband and her flower designer again for a fantastic job! They went above and beyond! I highly recommend her florist shop! I understand that florals aren't as easy accessible at this time, I'm not very picky, I didn't need them to look exactly like the picture BUT I would have hoped that they would've looked the price they are worth. Not only were the flowers completely different but what I chose had much more flowers than what my aunt received. I paid the extra $10 to be delivered earlier in the day and I do appreciate that I purchased same day at 11am and they were delivered by 2:30pm. I would have given 5 stars if they looked the same level of beauty even if they weren't the same. What I purchased doesn't have the small white flower fillers and I loved that so I was disappointed in what she received. With delivery it came out to $104.30 I just don't believe it was worth that price. Those flowers are cute where I would be fine if it's something I got at Albertsons and delivered myself. The ones I got my mom for $22 were so much more full and unique. When I posted this the manager wrote me with in minuets and I called her when I got the chance and she handled everything great. I absolutely appreciate I was not only contacted immediately but she fixed what I was very unhappy with.
