Some lady with glasses finally came out from the back and I asked her if the hand full of arrangement on the showcase were the only ones available. In a very annoyed voice and before I could finish my sentence she said yes. I then asked if she had a catalog to choose arrangements from and she said NO I then moved on to look around the very small space to check out whatever else she had on the floor in buckets when she asked me if there was a special occasion I was looking to get flowers for. I told her I was looking to purchase flowers for a funeral service and she took out A CATALOG that somehow she didn't have before. I made my selection and paid her about $400 + for my order. I left and when I came back to pick up, some of the arrangement lacked flowers. I paid for 3 $90 arrangement and expected more than just 5 roses in each so I requested she added more roses and she complied with no push back. However after coming back up front from fixing and adding more roses she tried to charge me $25 extra for each arrangement. Mind you she only added 4 more roses each. I told her I was not paying anything more than what I had already paid and this lady laughed and said sure just take it then. The arrangements were beautiful, all of them! however the treatment I got was complete trash. These people acted like I was bothering them.

I understand that florals aren't as easy accessible at this time, I'm not very picky, I didn't need them to look exactly like the picture BUT I would have hoped that they would've looked the price they are worth. Not only were the flowers completely different but what I chose had much more flowers than what my aunt received. I paid the extra $10 to be delivered earlier in the day and I do appreciate that I purchased same day at 11am and they were delivered by 2:30pm. I would have given 5 stars if they looked the same level of beauty even if they weren't the same. What I purchased doesn't have the small white flower fillers and I loved that so I was disappointed in what she received. With delivery it came out to $104.30 I just don't believe it was worth that price. Those flowers are cute where I would be fine if it's something I got at Albertsons and delivered myself. The ones I got my mom for $22 were so much more full and unique. I don't think I'll be using this place again. I tried…read moreordering online so I could pick up the arrangement myself, but the website kept charging me the delivery fee, so I had to call. I called the shop and a man answered and asked if I could hold, so i guess he put the phone down and had a long conversation with someone at the shop. He finally took my call and I specifically told him what I wanted, the name of the arrangement and the size the time and date. He took my information down, name, phone arrangement type, and told me they closed at 3 on Saturday. Ok, so I told him I would be at the shop by 2. I walk in to the store today (Saturday) at exactly 2 pm and the man, I'm assuming is the same one who took my order because he has the exact voice, asks what he can do for me. So, I proceed to tell him my name, and the name of the arrangement. He looks a little puzzled. Literally runs to his computer, and asks again what the name of the arrangement is. I'm thinking either they're super busy (which it didn't seem like it) or he somehow forgot. He runs back to the front desk and says, give me 5 minutes and I'll have it ready. Really?!? So I seen him making the arrangement. Finally after about 5/7 minutes he brings the arrangement over. NOT the size I asked but the small. I didn't want to say anything because I just wanted to leave. He did apologize for not having the arrangement and charged me for the small one. Lastly, I asked if he could pour out the water because I was going to take it inside the car and I didn't want it to spill. He sort of refused because he said the roses need water... I KNOW flowers need water but during the car ride, it was going to spill. I told him it was fine, that it didn't matter if they didn't have water, but he still argued and said, well, I'll pour out a little water. He practically didn't pour any of it out, so I thanked him, left and poured out all the water in the parking lot. Overall, my experience was frustrating and I would never go back to them. I did note the same arrangement was cheaper here than in other flower shops, and still had good quality. The quality is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars.
