We played a different field every single round, and we stayed the full day, which was about six hours! The leader of our group was Gavin i believe and he did an outstanding job of controlling the kids and early 20 something's who can get a little excitable, to provide safe and Fairplay for everybody! He also did me a serious solid when something happened that could've ruined the day, but he was able to fix the issue Immediately! I truly appreciate that! All of the fields are unique, vast and have different qualities to them! I will say, if you're going to play airsoft, and you're gonna be there most of the day, you'll probably need to buy the extra bag of ammo. That was 100% needed for all of us playing. The rental guns are pretty decent, I wouldn't necessarily expect too much, but they definitely get the job done and they were thoroughly explained to everybody on how to use them. If you are having a malfunction or it is not shooting properly, let them know and they will get you fixed up. I certainly wouldn't call the experience cheap, but I do think it was worth it in the long run! If you go often, you definitely want a membership, and I don't really have any great tips on discounts besides book online to save yourself I think five dollars per person. Otherwise, expect to get the day pass, the equipment rental, and probably some extra ammo regardless if you're playing airsoft or paintball. Although you might be able to get away with what they provide you for paintball? All in all, it's an incredibly fun experience and I would say ages 10 and up would thoroughly enjoy it! Airsoft pellets, don't hurt too much, but you will feel them, paintballs are a little bit different and you'll definitely feel that. There seem to be double the air-soft players for what its worth. Wear long sleeves/pants and extra padding if need be! All in all, this is a great place for huge groups, birthday parties, or just going in by yourself for open play matches and enjoying your day! If you're debating it, definitely go!

The overkills were bad but getting hit more times than I could count in one burst from an LMG that was clearly against the posted rules. People weren't calling their kills and others were switching to full auto in the field. They also played with strange game rules that people didn't understand and it created lots of confusion and people yelling about the rules. When I asked about the rules they said the posted rules were out of date and the updated ones are on the way. I told them that was ridiculous. They gave me a refund and I left.

Upon arrival, Mr. Patrick and Ms Peg lacked; honesty, effective communication skills, self control, good work ethic, patience, the ability to be relatable, compassionate, willingness to go the extra mile for his customers and overall professionalism. Patrick stated that he had been in this business for over 30 years, which should have been ample time to perfect customer service skills. Customer service is the provision of service before, during and after the purchase. Patrick must understand that the perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". In this particular case Mr.Patrick failed to adjust. Patrick seemed as though he had been having a rough day but as a owner Patrick had very poor composure. He was very reactive and seemed to be nervous and on edge. He did not want to be talked to nor did he want anyone talking. Patrick failed to use a camera as he should have resulting in the most horrible pictures being taken, especially compared to other pictures I have viewed and yet again more poor customer service. At a point I asked Peg to take pictures of my group of friends and today I discovered that she had taken multiple pictures of herself in my phone which is very unprofessional behavior leaving me feeling very uncomfortable! Shortly after departing Patrick's camp I received a phone fall from Patrick stating that he would rather not do business with "you type of people". I asked Patrick what he meant by that and he again stated "bring a different type of people". Patrick just wrote off the question I was asking him and rushed to get off of the phone. I took Patrick's words very personally wondering what we did to deserve such blatant disrespect. I honestly would NOT advise you all to look elsewhere as I would hate for anyone to go through what I went through yesterday. Patrick and Peg, due to my experience in customer service I would like to use this as a coaching tool and offer suggestions. First please look over all reviews and not downplay them and completely assess the situation. Remain calm and keep your composure as I promise it will take you all further. Adapt to different personalities and traits as customer service will put you in positions where everyone is not the same. Don't take things personally. Actively sympathize and apologize gracefully! Most of all find a solution, expeditiously because without good customer service; current customers will leave, new customers will stay away, your reputation suffers, employees will leave resulting is high retention and most of all poor customer service is bad for you bottom line(revenue and profit). I'm sure you all will take the necessary steps to fix this.

They also have a walk thru haunt, paintball shooting gallery, food stand, photo ops, bonfire and GOATS! Yep, goats...you can feed 'em. Undead Acres was the third attraction I attended on the last Sunday of September, so when I arrived at closing time it wasn't nearly as busy as I expect it will be later in the season. I was able to look around, but had no real wait to get on the haunted trail. A guide summoned me to follow. I walked alone behind the cloaked figure through several scenes. They didn't tell an overall story as a whole, but individually they were recognizable as the staple haunt scenes including clowns, butchers, monsters and even a young person in a yellow raincoat touting, "You'll float too." The actors made very challenging physical choices for their characters from rapid crawling, falling and more. Their physical strength, flexibility and dedication impressed me. The overall creepiness of the location being outdoors in the open along a trail was effective. I like the use of the guide. Overall, it is a haunted trail with a lot of heart. I did not participate in the paintball experience. If you are in the area, definitely stop by Undead Acres and shoot some zombies.
