I wish I could give this place negative stars. I called in advance LAST WEEK to confirm the notary…read morewould be available for specific documents. I explained the documents to the gentleman I spoke to, and he stated everything would be fine and our documents would be expedited accordingly. Fast forward to today, 10/13/25, my family and I go in to get said documents notarized just to find out from the absolutely rude staff, that their bond doesn't cover what we needed documented. (Btw, the bonded part is false. She, the staff, had no idea what she was talking about.) What kills me about this beyond anything is the fact the young blonde lady on staff was ABSOLUTELY rude and dismissive. Apparently, customer service is a fallacy at this business, and their staff feels they can treat customers like trash. Here's an idea, why don't all the staff get on the same page so there's no variation on what can and can't be notarized. Absolutely terrible experience. Your staff member sucks and whomever owns this place should be ashamed.

This place is the worst, there's no customer service at all they make you feel like you're a burden…read moreand you're just wasting their time. I went with my wife after buying a vehicle to get title transferred into our name and get the plates. They were asking over $800 to do that, that's crazy. It was only $400 at the DMV. When I called them to ask the pricing, they told me they cannot discuss pricing over the phone. The young girl working there was extremely rude. Last year I also went there to cash a check and they told me they couldn't do it because I already signed the check before getting there and they didn't watch me do it.

I came into this location to renew my registration for my vehicle. I am autistic. I walk around…read morewith headphones on most of the time to help me deal with the constant sensory over stimulation. The woman behind the counter had a crappy attitude from the beginning, but I tend not to let other people's disposition affect the way that I show up. When she told me the price, I had asked her to repeat it, and in a very condescending tone with a company in condescending pantomime gestures, she says "if you could take off your headphones, so you could hear me" to which I responded "I am autistic. I use the headphones to help me deal with the constant sensory stimulation that I get and I can hear you just fine. I have a condition called auditory processing disorder which means that sometimes I only hear the shape of what's being said and it takes me a while to figure it out even when I can hear perfectly fine.". She then just pointed at a sign (one of many posted around) -- again super condescending nature and said "it's on the sign". " I don't need your condescending bullshit and trying to talk over me as rude. An apology would be nice." "... I didn't do anything wrong" " yes you did. You were rude and condescending. Are you refusing to apologize?" At that point, she walked away and ignored me. No one owes anybody an apology I want that to be clear. I do not expect for rude. Assholes to recognize that they're being rude. Assholes. Her bullshit assumptions about me and why I had asked her for clarification, she's free to make . She is free to be a shitty a person as she wants to be. I'm just surprised that someone would continue to employ her given how shitty her behavior is. I asked her if she was refusing to issue an apology because I wanted to give her a chance to demonstrate that she can behave in ways other than What one would expect from an entitled piece of crap she chose to double down on being shitty. I feel sorry for her family. I had one interaction with her. They are stuck with someone in their lives who gaslights, dismisses and refuses to take accountability. I hope her cold bitterness provides her comfort when she realizes that she's successfully alienated anyone who could show her genuine compassion because of her petty bullshit nature.
