Apparently, no one thought it was important to tell me that they had switched my payment period changed to Tuesdays! I'm overdrawn and i immediately called Nathan, the owner! His answer at first was to come in to talk about it. Here I an freaking out about how I'm supposed to feed my family with no money in the bank. He took out the $165 today without my knowledge or consent. Had I known it was coming out today I would have made sure it was in there! I called the bank and due to his $165 coming out I will now have (4) $32 charges for nsf fees. Which I shouldnt have to pay for since I wasnt aware this was going to take place! The bank said they will not eat the cost since they are no responsible. I have not been to the Crossfit Branson Gym this week therefore so far there was no services rendered. Just thought anyone who utilizes Yelp, Facebook, and google that this is the type of business done at this location. If it hadn't been for them royally screwing my bank account up I would still be going there. Now that this has happened I can no longer trust this gym to do business.

It would be convenient for me to buy a day pass here every now and then and I doubt this gym even offers day passes or even week passes. It's more convenient for me just to go to J Street in Bentonville since they're the closest gym to where I live that offers day passes. This place would get more business if they had more options for people and at least 1 staff member there to pick up the phone.

A mirrored room is available for classes which are at an additional change apart from your membership. In my opinion the equipment is a little old school could definitely use some upgrades, but hey it gets the job done! If you are from out of town or if you're just wanting to try it out there is a $5 fee for walk ins when they are staffed. It is the only gym in Pea Ridge and childcare is not offered.

I don't enjoy doing yoga solo at home. I tried a hot yoga class and instantly fell in love. The instructors at KOM were helpful and accommodating to my level and every other student in the class. They offer a wide variety of classes from barre to power yoga to a juicy slow flow class. As a client, I am able to make the class I take my own - giving myself the option to try a new arm or standing balance during the practice, or slightly increasing or decreasing a stretch if I need to.
