Upon entering, Jerry (he's literally such an angel) greeted me and walked me through the salon for a tour, discussed the account creation process, talked about the different package deals, and even gave me a couple recommendation on what kind of tanning bed to use, (and giiirl, they have so many options to choose from!) Then he showed me some of the lotions they have to offer (HIGHLY recommend Moroccan Nights for anybody interested *bonus points - it smells absolutely amazing*). This place has a wide selection of lotions, body butter, tanning stickers, protective eyewear and soo much more to choose from! The environment was so clean and welcoming, and having such a friendly face like Jerry's made everything stress free. He is very thorough and is so kind as to answer any questions you may have. If you're a beginner to tanning and don't know where to start, this place is most definitely THE place to be. Just ask for Jerry, and he will help you start your journey!

Upon arriving today, 5/7/23, Sean was very good at explaining all details/instructions regarding the process in the booth. However... When I was finished and went to check out, I was charged $73 which Sean said included a one time $20 charge for "walking in to the building the first time"!! I was shocked - he could not give me any other explanation for the extra $20 fee other than it was for walking in the building! I didn't mind the additional $9 for the "leg booster" he didn't mention, but this guy is dishonest and a very big rip off --- stay away! I will be filing a complaint regarding his deceptive practices. All he is is a smooth talking salesman who will lie right to your face and rip you off. I'll be going to the tanning salon that he constantly badmouths! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL-

I go in for single tans in the gold beds which are only about $8 per session, but you can save more if you pay upfront for a select number of sessions. The only thing that would make this place better is more hours on weekends since they are only open 10-3 Saturdays and closed on Sundays. But I still prefer this place over others!

I didn't know what to keep on for the spray the employees were both professional and friendly. The professional in the spray room exhibited an impressive amount of patience with me, and I think I asked every question under the sun. Maybe that's why I'm tan‍ I kid, I kid. In reality, it was actually her skill. She had so many helpful tips, as a first timer I really needed that. She educated me on the process in a calm, positive, and caring way and as a result my mind allowed my body to relax and be in the moment for my brief appointment. It was so refreshing to meet kind women who respect women. They both seemed to give off "a girls girl" energy. I was so embarrassed and insecure of the way my body looks and I thought I was gonna cry when I started undressing in the tent, and remembered she'd see how I looked and I couldn't hide it. She made me feel so comfortable in such an untraditional day to day experience. No comments were made about my body, no compliments either- which I like because I don't want to be reminded that you're judging me one way or another because I don't want to hyper focus on my insecurities. Girls I went on vacation with were shocked to notice how dark I was upon showing them my tan line. They were not only surprised because they didn't think I got artificial tanner, but they were shocked when they saw my foundation was 5 shades lighter prior to the spray. My tan was so even and natural looking I felt like I was actually tan. I was unsure how my spray tan would turn out because only three hours earlier I made the appointment so I didn't have time to exfoliate, shave, or moisturize. (That's like chasing alcohol with antibiotics, it's just risky and increases room for human error on the customers side) she kindly and patiently explained everything and took the time to make sure I had a firm understanding. I have severe social anxiety and to trust someone to do a service for the first time is nerve wracking. However, the environment was so clean, calming, and peaceful. I believe because of these reasons, I didn't feel anxious. In addition. The sheer vibe of the place- a content vibe I cannot find unless I'm traveling on vacation was a contributor to my successful visit with this place. I am so excited to have my next occasion so that I have a reason to splurge on a new service!

Everything was nice, the spa coordinators, the robes, the quiet room. But my massage was 10/10 amazing. Jennifer was so nice, good communication & incredibly talented. I told her I wanted to focus on relaxation and I wanted to keep my socks on cause my toes get cold. And she exceeded my expectations. I was in such a trance at the end of it, I wish I would have thanked her more. It was truly an amazing experience and felt like such a blessing to have got the best massage therapist. I didn't know they had their medical license and that my doctors recommendations do not matter here. They didn't even apologize or even offer me any other service in its place. I feel that could have helped my frustration.
