They only review customer service emails M-F during office hours. I have sent several over the weekend and today Monday I've followed all their customer service directions to use he contact page on their website to inquire. I've also used the email address provided in their outgoing message in their VM system which does not allow the customer the option to leave a VM. I've also used the email address I receive my monthly statement. I have been to the office which is locked and shuttered with only a Kiosk that claims it can connect a customer to a live agent. Fails everytime when selecting that option. Their system is great at collecting money or renting a new unit and collecting immediate payment. But it cannot connect you to a real person as is advertised on the kiosk. All I want to do is ask a question about my unit's lock. They replaced all the storage unit doors in their facility but placed the wrong lock back on my unit. My question is simple - do they have a key or do we need a locksmith. At the same time why should I pay for a locksmith if they replaced my lock during their remodel process. Yes, it has been several years since I've been in the unit and now I want in to inventory.
