    Please read in totality if you are considering doing any sort of business with Fowler. I have been waiting for my security deposit (what little I got back) to clear to write this review because in terms of customer service and satisfaction, Fowler has to be the worst company at any level I have dealt with. Shortly after moving in to our residence, We were having trouble getting ahold of the property manager, in fact we actually texted our realtor "everything is going great, except we cannot get in touch with anyone from Fowler." That specific employee did not stay long, but in terms of communication, it just got worse. During one point, our fridge and freezer was broken for over a month, and we reached out to Fowler quite literally dozens of times, and they were completely unresponsive. Not a phone call, not a text, not an email or voicemail, just thousands of dollars being lost from us having to throw all our food away, and eat out for every single meal. Some screenshots of email interactions where we had to threaten legal action are attached for more details on that. After a month long battle just to get in contact with someone, we finally got Blake Fowler to reach out, and to no surprise we received no reduction in rent. This was not the only maintenance issue we had. Our washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and Air conditioner seemed to be broken just as much as it worked. On top of their unresponsiveness, they source their maintenance out to a third party which is just insane for a company of their size. The maintenance is run by a company called 7-star who are incredibly unhelpful. They will literally hang-up on you, give you a 5-hour window which they will come with no heads up, so for people who commute to work it is virtually impossible to get any repairs done unless you take a day off. We would have to start leaving out door open for them and at times they would show up, say the issue was fixed, and not solve anything. When we gave our notice to move out our AC was broken and they never even tried to fix it, we spent 60 days without being able to use an entire floor of our home. I am not sure why we were surprised, but the recent move out experience was no different. There was no real instructions for move out, but we did the best we could to clean up to get as much of our security deposit as possible back and obviously that did not work. They charged us $250 for a "full clean" which when we asked was described as a total clean of the house, yet we were then on top of that charged individually for every single thing you could possibly clean in house like "clean sink" "clean toilets'" "Clean shower" "Clean Fridge" Etc. etc. We had a maid come every three weeks so that does not add up. We were also charged $400 for a carpet clean and our house was described as having a "Dirty Sock Smell" All three of us who lived there had incredibly clean girlfriends who never once made a comment about our house stinking; I would bet everyone is charged for this regardless. I could go on forever about this experience, and the utter lack of effort by everyone at Fowler, but I hope just one person reads this and is deterred by our experience, because if you read other reviews it seems like everyone had a very similar experience. Any 5 star review is obviously coming from them internally. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH FOWLER

    Fowler does a great job of managing its properties. They are very responsive and helpful and go the extra mile to make things right.

When we meet, the staff is always timely and professional. TPM does a lot in our community as well. From hosting get togethers at their newly remodeled offices, participating in local softball leagues, showcasing small & established restaurants for others on social, frequently donating and gifting sporting event tickets, chairity events, holiday parties etc. If you run into TPM first, take advantage of their team who doubles as a huge help to both investors looking to acquire sfr, multifamily, & vrbo real estate, but also to the everyday first time home buyer or family looking for their dream home.     Horrible service!! We paid 2 application fees. Almost 2 weeks went by with no response. I called,…read moreleft voicemails and emailed. No one answers the phone or responds to email. I finally saw on online that my application had been canceled. I located the office and went to it in person. The person that was there did not handle applications and could not help me. He did give me the # of his sister Shannon and said she could help me. It took me awhile to get in touch with her. She said that my application was put "on hold" due to the fact that someone had signed a lease while they were waiting on "requested information" from us. Through their 'Chat" system they requested our paystubs. I had the requested paystubs to them with 30 minutes of request. She then said we could put our applications toward another property. They have less than 20 to choose from and only one would possibly work for us, but it was currently occupied and not available for touring. I watched closely and when it was available I contacted her. She informed me that John was putting the lockbox on it and gave me his #. I called him He did answer and said that he hadn't put the lock box on yet but to call him later that day, I did but no answer. I tried for a few more days to call him, plus calling the office and leaving messages. At this point, I am done and will call it a loss on our $100
